In this case the management of the ABC is not good. They have to face various kinds of
problem like delay in operation, close services and reduction in thousands of jobs. So ABC
company has to follow the system which improves the overall performance of the company. The
ABC company design the structure according to this step which will be beneficial for managing
the company policy (Allen and Sawhney, 2009). This steps also helps in the total quality
management of the company. The steps are:

Design or define : in this step first company has to define the objectives, procedure,
policy according to the requirement of the clients and work accordingly.
Measure: in this the company has to see the present condition of the business, employees,
risks in the business. Collect facts and figures of their business.
Analyse: in this ABC company has to see the facts and figures, problems and their effect
on the business. In this company has to find out the main problem in the process or
business.
Improve:- after finding out the particular problem the company has to improve the
performance of the company. They have to give proper management to the employee so
they work accordingly. They have to do various kind of new experiments in the company
for effective working (Cavana, Corbett and Glenda, 2007). They have also done various
kinds of the survey with the company for proper management. They have to make a
particular standard to work in the future.
Control:- in this company has to make regular watch to the process they improved for
maintains the quality. They take the regular feedback that procedure is properly working
or not.
3.2 Analysing the quality culture for to ensure continuous monitoring, evaluation and
development of the process
A culture is basically a soul of the organization. Quality culture meet quality standard of
the company which is very essential for success of the company. The culture mainly focuses on
the satisfaction of the employee and client of the company. The quality culture of ABC in
ensuring success is:-
All work jointly:- in this all the employees, management and clients of the company
work together so design system would be developed. All the workers give equal
contribution to the company and they have their common goal so perfect system should
be evaluated will ensure in development of the company (Chaker and Jabnoun, 2010).
Communication:- the communication in the ABC company is so good so it will be easy
for the company in evaluating the process and the process is perfectly implemented in
the company. The company should listen to all opinions of the clients, employee and
they can evaluate them.
