1. Data Protection Act – This act is made in context of offences made by any business firm
or an individual related to wrong and fraudulent business transaction. It is related with
using of customer or client personal information or data either knowingly or obtaining it
in reckless manner without taking prior consent of data controller and customer itself
(Carey, 2018). Also, disclosing such information for advertisement and promotional
purpose of business. It is required for ABC Catering to adhere to such act and abolish
