INTRODUCTION
Managing business activity can be determined as a process through which organization or
individuals make sure that they operate their business operation in an effective manner. In
business operation there are many activities which takes place and it includes investing, buying,
selling, marketing, etc. which an aim to generate profit. In this context, it is very important to

Present report is about ABC Company which hires employees for other organizations. This
report covers the importance of business processes in delivering outcomes based upon business
goals and objectives. Further, it covers, developing plan for own area of responsibility to
implement operational plans. Lastly, it also includes managing health and safety within the
