INTRODUCTION
In modern era, management is important factor in organisation in carrying out the
business objectives effectively. Higher authority has responsibility to manage all the activities in
appropriate manner in order to fulfil the targets. In organisation the administration has to work in
flexible environment so that they can easily attain the objectives. The manager has to provide
proper training and development programme to new and existing employees which will improve

contribution in the enriching with the goals of organisation. The each and every employee of the
company has work in coordination and provide quality of work. Through this the organisation
can management the activities in appropriate manner. Present report is based on ABC company
which is consult recruitment. Here, the evaluation of interrelationship between the process and
function has been discussed. Further some method has been suggested for implementing the
appropriate system in order to achieve the business objectives. The SMART objectives has also
been considered in assigning the task to people.
