the organization is the most important part for the growth factor and they always want

positive work environment that can increase their capabilities and establish team targets.
Employees are most financial and valuable assets of the effective organization and the major
positivity results in success. The company is facing some issues and challenges as manager
is not involved in the overall process of organization. Employers need to understand that all
the motivated employees will work for the organization in most positive manner and
somehow they are also contributing to more financial to the organization (Gupta, 2013). As a
consultant of organization behaviour in ABC company, and want to demonstrate how
employees re getting demotivated and what are the techniques to be implemented in the
organization for motivation of the staff.
Causes of Staff Demotivation
Staff demotivation comes along with the concept of not motivating the employees of the
organisation by top hierarchy management or managers of the company. There are various
causes that result in demotivation of the employees in the organization and some of them are
as specific as they are mostly developed the negative environment in the organisation.
Organization management always manipulate the system with the payments in all the aspects
of motivational and demotivation of employee’s organization. Bad habits of drinking, stoling
and talk less with other people and sharing problems are all the consequences of staff
demotivation in the organizations.
Fear of Job Loss
When there is merger and acquisition of the firms, executives and all the other employees
have vivid memory experience that they can be out of the organization, if new employees
have more capabilities and it may be result in cultural clashes. Intelligence and capabilities of
new person entering into the organization has more opportunities as fresh mind creates more
financial resources to the company output. Even in the organizations with no acquisitions and
mergers, there is a pressure of stress and anxiety that is associated with the organizations
(Jarour, 2014).
Burnouts
It signifies the feeling of emotional exhaustions through prolonged coming of stress and with that
creates overwhelming pressure of physical and emotional in mind and personality. It is a result of the
combination with the specified time in the organizations, daily routine and how you handle the
upcoming situations in the organization structure. It is a prolonged process and it could be for days or
month also and it leads to heart diseases, digestive and circulatory illness in the company
(Chakravatry, 2016).
Poor Communications
Communication matters a lot in organization success and growth as this is the most effective way to
understand the consequences and respond to it. Employees end up with high level of frustrations,
guessing and confusions. The barrier of communication between subordinates and employees result in
actions that are taken place in the organizations. Miscommunications between the subordinates and
higher level of authorities can be so frustrating and leads to be more absent in the company. It
increases mental pressure in health and mind when communication goes in negative direction
positive work environment that can increase their capabilities and establish team targets.

Employee performance is the major goal to be achieved in individual level or the goals of the
structured organizations. Employee devotes his time and work for longer hours in the workplace then
he has a clear goal of vision to be achieved as an incentives, reward and progress through its long time
in the workplace. When there is no appreciation of the work he has done, then there is lack of
motivation and it then finally results in bad progress.
Underpaying Workers
The organization pays less salary to the employee who has contributing his time to grow in the
organization for prosperity and growth factor as individuality or to achieve the targets of the
organization. The stress of paying all the bills and that is with the limited income causes employees to
feel demotivated in the organization. The extensions of providing bonus are not done if an employee
has received the targets through its incentives (Lucas, 2018).
Implemented Strategies for Motivation of Staff

employees with long durations and increase morale of the employees. Motivated staff always

Individual employees in an organization should be encourage, feel to authority and have a capacity to
build trust. To empower and adaption of new bureaucratic ideas, managers and top level management
are promoting corporate intrapreneurship. It encourages employees to have clarity of new ideas and
they have authority to implement those ideas in organization. Empowerment id being designed to
more contributing and make his opinion with more responsibilities in the workplace (Houghton

Trust
Trust is fiduciary relation between two parties who trust on each other and results in benefits to whole
organization with growth perspective. An employee always wants to know their top level
management is looking out for the best interests that motivate them to succeed with others. In other
condition, leaders find the capabilities of a person to grow and trust them to grow with their duties.
Manager is responsible to build trust with their employees for effective communications to foster
relationships.
Reward System
Incentives motivates the person to expand his contributions and thinking towards organization.
Employers should use various types of programs to motivate among all the staff and increase their
productivity. Bonus, paid time off, movie vouchers, gifts, extra salary and leaves are all the various
types of incentives that can be contributed to motivate the employees in the organization.
Recognitions and distributions of rewards will motivate employees to grow faster in the environment.
They feel happy, less frustrating, target achiever and able to grow in the organization for good times

changes to lead in the organization are the best task to recognise. Career advancement always
influence employees to grow as they took their step as junior level in the workplace and with the
continuous time, it grows well to be in senior level of authorities if they have capabilities and bold
personality to represent themselves in the organization. There is creation of succession planning,
focus on learning and rotation of employee roles in the organization to motivate employees (Half,
2017).

Motivation and demotivation are the factors which should be examined in company to implement
various strategies and removing causes of staff demotivation in the organizations. This report tells
about the company structure and how these both are most important part of successful organization.
