their own and it leads to the fashion retailer company worldwide. ABC company has variety of
clothings and fashion accessories. This report will study on the launching the Summer shoe by

Cost:- Cost is one of the essential part of the research without cost it is not possible for
researcher to conduct this research. Cost is one of the beneficial part of project management plan
where lots cost has used for conducting this research and it is helpful in collecting and gathering
information and data. It helps in proper research and development about the topic. The cost
which required for completing this research is £4000.
Communication:- having an effective communication helps in gathering & collecting
the information & data because it is necessary for conducting this research to have a relevant
information about the topic. There are various techniques & tools has been used for
communicating with other such as Emails, telephones, messengers etc (Kerzner, 2017).
