Introduction:
The main aim of the report is to implement an ERP system that will ensure better
performance of the ABC organization. ABC organization is a banking sector that focuses on
dealing with the financial factors of the clients. This paper will provide proposal defining the
benefits of implementing ERP system. ERP implementation offers effective communication
between the different departments and allows the employees to get easy access over the

deliverables has been discussed successfully. There are several of reasons due to which
businesses requires this type of ERP systems within their organization. In this report important
need for which ERP systems are implemented has been assessed. In the further section of this
report financial benefits that has been provided by the implementation of the ERP system has
