gym trainer must be appointed by means of his practical experience and his
experience in the following field. The gym trainer thus must have the necessary skills
that can help him to provide the different kind of the services that are provided to the
customers. Apart from the practical knowledge, the gym trainer must have a proper
theoretical knowledge that will be essential for him to communicate with the

f. Human Resource Manager- The Human resource Manager is perhaps the most
important staff who has a major role to play during the planning of the staffing
organization. The Human Resource Manager of the organization is responsible for the
