The project must be completed on time so that online system is installed. For this there are
certain strategies which needs to be developed. Thus, in this project it is found that there are
some activity that duration can be reduced. So, through it duration can be minimised.
For example- activity 1.6 and 1.7 can be done together (Batkovskiy & et.al., 2019). In that
interview and focus groups can be merged. In this time can be reduced by 2 weeks and then
BA in both activity can be engaged into one. Therefore, this activity is chosen because main task

here is to do collect data and info from people. so, work done is same here and time taken is
more. So, both activity is combined together and online system is used for it. Following this
strategy will not impact on scope and risk. However, this might be beneficial in reducing cost as
online system is used for it. Besides that, the activity is consuming a lot of time which is not
relevant.
In addition, another strategy which is followed in it is reducing time of activity 2.1 and
2.2. this is because both activity are interrelated and it linked to analysis of requirement. So, the
requirement is analysed and then documented. It can begin with same purpose. Hence, both RE
and BA can engage in quickly analysis (Davis & Yen, 2019). Here, time of activity will be
reduced by 1 week. A plan will be made to do things quickly. But it can impact on scope of
project as entire success depends on what are requirements of it. Therefore,, on basis of that
system are installed and tested. Moreover, risk is impacted as well. It is because if requirement is
not analysed in effective way then there is rise in risk of project failure. However, cost is
affected as well as reducing time will decrease cost but in future it may arise to analyse
requirement in effective way.
So, with help of these strategies it will be easy to reduce duration of project. Besides that,
there can be impact on scope, cost and risk. But it depends on type of strategy being implied in it.
Through that,, project can be completed on time and online enrolment system is installed.

Here, in order to communicate to stakeholders push strategy will be used. The
information about project will be directly delivered to enrolment officer and students.
Moreover, in this the info is sent to those who are directly involved in project. They are those
