INTRODUCTION
Social determinants of health refer to the condition in which people grow, born, live age and
work. In this, there is need to get ensure that about using different distribution of money,
resource and power which lead to create impact on the health care service delivery or leads to
health inequalities. There is different social determinants of health which may include education
and unemployment which are effective within health inequalities (Turner-Musa et. al., (2020)).

Here, chosen health services or program is Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mental
health program. This is the one that are able to provide funds to the primary health network
which can allow to get engage culturally evidence based program that may include case
management, psychological therapies, clinical care coordination along with complex mental
health support (Federico et. al., (2020)).

Critiques of program related to education
Mental health program is effective to provide effective health care information about the
mental health within the large population which may include to provide better learning to the
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This may help to provide better education to people
from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (Wesselman et. al., (2021)). This can also help in
providing about effective learning which are associated with providing better care and support
through educating about the effective response which are associated with taking care of their
good mental health. There is also implication about the social determinants that can lead to create
high impact on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people health. education can provide
benefit to individual in getting better and effective care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
people where they can use those resources and make their lifestyle accordingly that can help to
achieve better and improved health. Education can also enable people to change in their
behaviour to avoid the risk of mental illness.

Here, program also limit the healthcare support which include application in the primary
health network. This program helps to provide learning about the mental health care to avoid the
risk of mental illness on large scale (Gatwood et. al., (2020)).
Critiques of program related with employment
Mental health program includes delivery of better and effective response towards care of
individual which are associated with taking care of good health that may lead to create high
impact on the people employment. This program helps to provide different mental healthcare
service which include the talking therapy that are associated with including talking therapy that
can enable people to improve their health. This can allow people to get improved health and
enable them to stay in society and among people. This can also influence people to get
employment without facing any type of social exclusion.
There is also limitation of this program that it does not provide perfect treatment with higher
mental illness which can enable to get employment in the society and other workplace. There is
also a limitation that it can lead to create high negative impact on the employment that include
hindrance in the employment (Tipirneni, (2021)).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can have occluded that there are some of the social
determinants which can lead to health inequality and may impact the healthcare services
delivery. There is discussion about the mental health program which are effective and may
include the social determinants like education and employment.
