The assessment of health refers to the plan of care which helps in identifying the specific
needs of an individual which is assessed by the Healthcare system (Chen, Cheng, Yu and Hu,
2018). This report will include health services and their determinants.

saving lot of health related cost. Organisations also cover family members under the insurance
which is positive aspect for this social health determinant. Wages, salaries and other benefits and
perks helps in sustaining the better quality of life. Illness and injuries at work place is also
covered under insurance which protects the mental health of the employees. financial protection
and medical support are two big outcomes of the employment which make it compulsory for
each and every person.

Critique of program related to education
This social determinant focuses on state and interconnection between individual’s access to
education so that they can maintain their proper health. Educations helps a lot in shaping the
mind set of people so that they can lead a healthier lifestyle. Education includes higher
education, secondary education, childhood development, language and literacy (Xue and et.al.,
2019). People contributes positive efforts in the welfare of society when they are educated. It
helps them in finding the appropriate employment for them so that they can live a happier and
healthier life. People who do not educate themselves, face various health situations due to lack of
awareness and live life in lower socio economic situations. This lifestyle can further result in
increased rate of diseases, premature death, mental illness and many other issues related to
health. Gaining education can overcome these type of health problems which can improve the
quality of life. Better physical health can help people in achievement of their personal goals and
objectives.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that heath assessment is most important thing for
each and every person which helps in identification of weaknesses and strengths. This report
includes study about health determinants.
