INTRODUCTION

 A survey was conducted among 549 unmarried women aged 15–24 who had obtained an
abortion in year 2007–2008 at one of 16 clinics run by the non governmental organization in

and 91% within the first three months of their pregnancy.
 84 % decided before the end of the initial three months to go for an abortion, but only 75%
