Introduction
This report will be based on performance management in the organization. It will focus on those
concepts which are managed by the HR for better performance. For this study, the chosen
organization is Abra Wholesale. It was established in the UK, which distributes its food and
drinks item. The company took the request form online or calling order. The transaction
processes are online or cash delivery. For this study, it requires to identify the thoughts and
opinion of famous journals. In this report, there will be a complete description of performance
management, and it also highlights the factors which help to evaluate the performance of each
employee. Performance management requires some specific tool for evaluation, and it also needs
some involvement. It will also discuss the self-assessment tool, which explained its function and
introduces its importance in the same process. For this purpose, there will be an explanation of
how organizations and employees contribute for better. There will be a discussion on how
employee’s engagement and involvement increases the possibility of performance management.
It will also focus on the recommendation for managing the performance for the short term and
