research base
In order to carry out the project in effective manner, the project head of the company
focuses on making use of several methods so that investigation can be completed within the
timely manner. The main sections covered in the research methodological section adopted for
this project are stated below:
Data collection: This is acknowledged as the best method through which researcher

Task 2-800
A.C. 2.1 – Assess sources of data and information that will support the aim of the project
In primary methods, three main sources would be acknowledged by the management
team. This includes both the internal and external sources such as questionnaire (internal) and
observation (internal) whereas other information would gathered from customers by asking them
to fill the questionnaire. The main reason behind selecting internal and external sources is to
maximise the information on the proposed topic in order to include information that covers all
perspectives. As a result, it contributes in gathering rightful information on the proposed topic
which supports in obtaining outcome over same query.
Here, it has been analysed that information developed with primary sources includes
questionnaire and observation. Here, it can be said that through questionnaire source employees
have expressed that they are feeling satisfied in the organisation as they feels that the
environment is not at all good. This simply makes it difficult for employees to stay longer at
workplace. As a result, these people have started taking extra leaves at workplace. On the other
hand, the information obtained from the observation states that the employees looks like
demotivated at workplace. This can be seen in the form of their ineffective performance as well
as influences them to take more leaves from the work.
Apart from this, it has also been seen that through the questionnaire filled from the
customers, it can be said that employees of THE BLOOMSBURY looks pressurised as they the
work pressure on these people is higher. Thus according to the customers if employees of the

among them towards the entity would be enhanced. As a result, these employees will not take
leaves at frequent basis within THE BLOOMSBURY hotel.

absenteeism within the entity. As a result, it would help them out in maximising organisational
output in rightful manner.
A.C. 2.3 – Critically evaluate an option or alternative that supports the project aims
Other way of supporting the project aim is to use theoretical information and implement it
directly on the company. Information is like team management theories.
Inductive and deductive research can be used to gather information and to move towards the aim.
Deductive research
Deductive reasoning works from the more general to the more specific. Sometimes this is
informally called a “top down” approach. Conclusion follows logically from premises
Inductive research
Inductive reasoning works the other way moving from specific observations to broader
generalizations and theories. Informally, we sometimes call this a “bottom up” approach.
Conclusion is likely based on premises..It involves a degree of uncertainty. Inductive type based
on induction. Data is collected on a subject and researcher tries to develop theory from this data.
Task 3
A.C. 3.1 – Critically evaluate the research analysis to enable conclusions to be made
From the overall information gathered with the several sources and its analysis drawn by
simply including best possible information it can be said that the available information has
contributed a lot in drawing valid outcome on the project so that they can easily determine valid
outcome towards the same problem in an appropriate manner. The research analysis performed
to draw valid outcome towards the same is good at one end as it has included all the information
provided by the employees in the detailed manner. On the other hand, If it is talked about the
negative experience related to the same it can be said that the method adopted requires huge
expertise which is not available within the entity with every member of the superiors. Here, it
can be said that if the same investigation that have conducted by the expertise rather then
superiors then it would have better as it includes they knowledge as well as experience on the
same which have contributes in drawing valid outcome in rightful manner. Away with this, it can

same work, delegate responsibilities among the team members working for the same in order to
reduce the work pressure. Also, reporting must be made compulsory for all that ultimately helps
them out in obtaining the respective outcome in quicker manner.

others, then it may create conflicts among both project manager and the targeted audience who
has been chosen to deliver information in relation to project's results. This will directly help
project manager of The Bloomsbury Hotel to deliver results to their staff along with the targeted
