Project Summary :-
The current project is about the replacement of air conditioning system in 20 storey
commercial building. Regarding the topic of the project, three proposals have been formulated
among which the most appropriate one was contractor. With an inefficient air conditioning
system the people in the commercial building have to face problems in their way of working.
Background :-
Effective cooperation was obtained from the private organisations and consultation of
certain government authorities were also there. The entire process in which the research was
conducted, proved to be highly compatible in meeting the overall aim of the project.
Process :-
The information was collected from very authentic sources so that the information
acquired could be analysed in an effective manner.
Findings & Conclusion ;-
From the findings of the project, it can be concluded that old air conditioning systems
need to be replaced otherwise they might create problems for the individuals working there. So,

Recommendation & further action :-
From the overall project, it can be concluded that for replacement of air conditioning
system in the commercial 20 storey building, contractor would be highly beneficial.

It is important that all the data and information related with the project should be

out successfully. Adding more to this, discussions would also be made upon keeping in mind the
environment of Won Chai building where the AC replacement has to take place. Meetings will
be organised and discussions will be made with the staff members so that required data and
information should be completed in proper way. Further all the important points of the
discussions will be noted down and they will be properly recorded so that the while carrying out
the project it can be used in effective way. Each and individual member will be assigned specific
job roles and they will be directed for completing their assigned work so that air conditioning
system could be replaced without facing many difficulties. There are different activities which
will be delegated to the team members according to their skills. This will help in completing the
task on time and in the effective manner. Along with this team member will be support each
