Because of our deep business relationship, which I would
personally like to carry forward in future, I would not ask you
for a refund for the same.
At the same time, I would also like to inform you that
customers are the first priority for me, which is more
important than any business relation or stakeholder
relationship. Hence, I would urge you to meet some specific
requirements which I have set as guidelines for all my
suppliers and request you to follow the same, too.
