Recommendations
Based on the study findings, various recommendations are made and will be useful in assisting
learning institutions in helping them incorporate better systems and methods of study, which will
be fully effective in enhancing learning as well as improving the performance of students.
Learning institutions should adopt new methods of supporting their student learning. Private
tuitions through personalized learning were thought to be ineffective by the students.
Combination of face to face and online interactive learning would better deliver in-depth
knowledge to students to one on one interaction. Qualified tutors should be sourced to ensure
that these private tuitions are effective and beneficial to students. Students attend private tuition

to supplement what is learned in classes, and the tuitions are also supportive in improving the
performance of students. When the tutors are unqualified, they might mislead the students and
consequently lead the students to record bad grades. This will consequently hurt the institution’s
reputation. Sourcing tutors who are qualified as well as making these classes reliable will lead to
greater efficiency and a preference by a large number of students.
The tuition fee should be reduced to a reasonable price since the fees charged for tuition were
said to be high. The tuition fee is a significant consideration for students when they are selecting
the institution they should join for extra classes. It is recommended that the institution should not
charge huge amounts to cater to tuition. Students will always prefer going for those institutions
offering quality services at subsidized prices. To achieve competitive advantage against other
institutions offering extra classes, ZS academic learning centers should aim at ensuring they offer
differentiated services form their competitor organizations at competitive prices. ZS Learning
center should conduct an external analysis of the current market rates for tuition prices charged
by other institutions to ensure they set up prices that are neither too high nor too low to make
their services appear as poor or of low quality. The prices charged for tuition fees should not
exceed the amount charged for normal classes.
ZS Learning Center and Consultancy should strive to improve their services by offering support
facilities to students as well as ensuring friendly interactions with students. Also, there is a need
to ensure consistent interaction with students to ensure that their needs and expectations are met
and that quality gaps are discovered and necessary actions are taken. Other than using the focus
groups, it is crucial to come up with the questions to be administered periodically. The
questionnaires should be designed to include varying measurements of quality relating to the
services offered by the institution. The surveys conducted periodically will be used to help top

management in seeing the clear picture of the organization's quality in regards to the expected
services by the students applying and already enrolled for the private tuitions. Any gaps
identified in consideration to the performance targets, standards as well as student’s expectations
should be reduced.
There is the need for the ZS Learning center to make continuous drilling to determine what
students term as valuable, that is, what the students get and what it cost, and then make a
connection to the processes of the business. Improving services and providing them in a
differentiated and unique way than their
From the finding of the student perceptions on personalized learning through private tuition, it
can be recommended that ZS Academic Learning Center and Consultancy look for more
qualified tutors as many students complained about the qualifications of the tutors being one of
the reasons why they don't prefer these private tuitions. The company should also ensure it
provides good support to the students. Due to the high demand for personalized learning through
private tuition ZS Academic Learning Center and Consultancy should look for more markets and
have good online services. They should ensure that they increase the quality of the services so
that all the students can be able to gain the value for money. It can be recommended that this
company to search for a new way of building their reputation by ensuring that their staff can
render the required services and for them to change their name to gain a new picture with good
services.
From the study conducted on the weakness that the private tuition companies have in regards to
the services they offer, it can be recommended that for the services to be effective, more
resources such as qualified tutors and more study books will help the students should be added.
More training to be provided for the existing tutors to make them more competent and qualified

for offering personalized learning services. The scope for the subject taught should be increased
to cater for the huge syllabus. The firm should employ more individuals and conduct more
marketing of their services through social media platforms and look for international markets to
cater to international students.
Limitations of the study
The availability of records needed for the research was a limiting factor as students feared to give
their private information related to their perception of the services rendered by ZS Academic
Learning Center and Consultancy. As a result, a non-disclosure agreement form was signed to
ensure everything, and every detail remains confidential, and no student will be reprimanded.
The use of questionnaires was a problem for individuals with special needs, especially the
visually impaired students who were the study participants. This was improved by the use of
brails and other devices for people with special needs. This study was subject to personal biases
of the respondents while answering the questionnaire.
Time was a very limiting factor that affected the results of the study. The researcher had little
time to gather the information. As a result of the limited time, the issues were not well clarified,
and the data collected was not enough to make a proper decision. During this time, the researcher
was faced with another problem of inadequate finance. The reproduction of research materials
such as the questionnaire, the traveling expenses, and catering services within the research period
consumed a lot of money. Other limitations arise from the uncooperative attitude of respondents
and fear of being reprimanded by the ZS Academic Learning Center and Consultancy. This
affected the validity of their responses. For these reasons, the researcher has to assure the
respondent's confidentiality of any information they give. As such, incoming students and
individuals who may wish to conduct further research should take this into cognizance.

The population for the students was not very large. The selected sample size was not large
enough for making a proper generalization about other Academic Learning Center and
Consultancy. The finding was only applicable to the organization. For the fact that this study is
restricted to ZS Academic Learning Center and Consultancy, it is not sure if the same results
would be gained if the survey is done on a different area for the fact that the research tools used,
as well as the survey design, and research design respectively. It is not certain if other kinds of
instruments, as well as design, could yield the same results.
Possibility of Future Research
The study has greatly emphasized and focused on ZS Learning Center and Consultancy firm, and
the students enrolled for personalized learning for private tuitions. The findings are therefore
limited to the institutions in regards to the generalization of the overall results, and hence the
findings do not reflect the entire private tuition industry in the Netherlands. The findings cannot
be a true representation of the entire industry. There are numerous multifaceted issues
surrounding the private tuition companies regarding the services offered, considering the rising
demands of students who are more willing to offer many amounts for the tuition. There is need to
research the marketing strategies to use, such as pricing strategies for tuition services to provide
organizations with relevant information to help them in coming up with better prices for their
services as this will earn organizations a competitive advantage. Benchmarking with other
private tuition institutions outside Netherland will also help the institutions in advancing the
current study and increase information and understanding on improving service delivery.
