Reflection
My performance in the presentation of Academic communication in business and economics is
quite well but it needs to be improved. In this, I have to gather suitable information regarding the
facts and for that effective research and investigation along with the suitable decision making
was highly required. Academic communication in business and economics is generally design to
provide effective support for the students in their alteration for enabling the process within the
firm (Spartz, and Weber, 2017). In this, the economic principles have been also utilized for
providing the effective view on the working function of the business. I have to improve my skill
regarding communication with others as I was getting quite difficulties to collect all the effective
information. Communication skill is vital for sharing the views and various activities with each
other in the field (Weber, and Spartz, 2017). I have to learn the use of effective communication
within the process of business as well as economics to maintain their working function in the
field. Due to the communication process, I have to face various issues while performing the
presentation. I have gained suitable knowledge on the working function and for that, it became
essential for me to develop my working skill in presentation.
My group also performed well in the presentation and for that our presentation has completed in
the most suitable way. At the starting of the presentation, the group members have some
conflicts among them regarding the information and the working process within the field. Group
work helps to provide a suitable and effective view on the working function of the firm within
the market (Zhang, Xia, Fan, and Zhu, 2016). The working function of the firm within the
market helps to maintain various function within the field and also the process for developing
effective knowledge within the field. In the group, there is various kind of conflicts which
creates an issue for the entire group member (Wenzler, 2017). The conflict was huge but the
organization needs to maintain their activity in the field for providing their activity within the
field. Improvement is essential for the group activity and for this all the group members need to
maintain their decision-making process within the market. Effective communication is also
essential for the firm to perform their activity. This is effective for the firm to maintain their
activity within the field where they have the working process within the field to maintain their
activity in the field.
