INTRODUCTION
Academic performance refer to the process of developing the knowledge and increasing the
skills of the working. It helps in increasing the overall objective and also provide the different
sources to increase the workplace development. Personal and professional growth is also a part
of academic performance as they provide the support in the working of the development and
increase the criteria of increased performance. The report will provide the information about the
reflective summary of the experiences of SMART objective of the person. Further the report will
explain the importance of the regulation which are imposed on the coal in countries.
ASSESMENT 1 PART – A
REFLECTIVE
There are different skills are knowledge I gained in the process of increasing the performance of
the business. I learned a lot of SMART goals in their workplace. I learned to develop the
learning in the communication as one of my specific goal which I developed to increase the
learning of the communication for the personal and professional development in life. I learned
that it is essential for me to develop pa working in the workplace to increase the working in the
business. I learned the leadership as another skills to develop a process where I realized to
increase the working in business. There are important skills which are crucial for me to increase
a working in the business. Leadership helped me in getting the target which I want to achieve.
The measurable are crucial and for that I developed a working in the learning of skills and
knowledge. The objective should be realistic and it is crucial for me to increase the working at
the workplace to develop the learning in the objective to be realistic and I developed the learning
of the leadership and time management in the working of the business learning so that I get
better in personal and professional development in business. There are development in the
learning and the timely changes in the learning is crucial and for that they can increase the
working in the development of the time management and the professional skills.
I learned that the smart goals and the objective in the workplace can develop a learning in the
business and it also increases in the workplace development through the skills and knowledge.
Working on the learning it is crucial for me to develop the skills of the management and time
management to develop pa working in the business. It also provides an important factor of
increment in the skills and knowledge.

Skills are crucial and form me I know to develop a personal and professional development it is
important for me to develop the future growth according to the knowledge and skills I need to
develop. Future growth in the organizations or professional development need to be developed
by the process of increase in development towards the workplace. The measurable the smart
goals are done through the progress towards the accomplishment of goals in the working.
Realistic approach of the goals explain that they are the things which are relevant in the life and
can provide huge impact in the workplace to develop the skills and knowledge. Timely working
on the skills I realized to develop to get better result in the personal and professional
development in life for which I learned to increase the personal experience. There are several
other factors to be included in the process of self development in the working. There are working
in the skills to develop a better development in the business and increase the overall.
PART - B
Ethically permissible to impose carbon emission goals
Climate change is taking place to quickly and this factor has to be understood and right
actions must be taken so that there would be higher performance. The environment for the
human kind is changing rapidly and it is essential for them to make sure that there are right
actions which are being taken so that this factor can be got under control (Sun and et.al.., 2020).
Crucial solutions have to be got in the organization so that the impact for the future is going to be
controlled and can be got back to the original. Most of the carbon is being emitted from cars and
air planes and this factor is not going to be a good factor for the overall working and
environment. Coal has to be used less since that is impacting the environment the most and that
is not a good factor for a long run. Human kind are not aware of the damages which they are
creating for themselves currently and that is going to impact the further functioning and health
and safe factor as well. There are a lot of tsunami and tornado's which have increased in number
in the world which is because of the climate change which is taking place and it is very important
to make sure that there are right actions which are being taken. Burning fossil fuels is not a
solution for any working which is why it is important for saving it for the future as well and also
make sure that the biological space is healthy for all the human man kind. Carbon dioxide in the
world is increasing and this factor has to be well maintained so that there is going to be better

productivity and working which would be existing. Measuring the carbon footprint globally there
is a rapid increase which is evident and this factor has to be controlled and monitored so that
there is going to be better environment which can be developed faster.
Penalties
Government has made sure that the carbon emission which are taking place are being
done for the benefit of everyone which is going to make the trading and other policies be higher.
There are a lot of schemes and projects like greenhouse gases and others which are being
developed with time so that there are right actions which are being taken place (Huang, and
et.al., 2018). Businesses and individuals have to make sure that they are following the policies
which are being presented in front of them by the government otherwise they can be punished for
the actions. Low carbon future has to be existing in the world soon so that there are higher
operations and working which would be existing. Engagement of all individuals has to be present
and commitment has to be present from all sides so that there is better and real actions which
would be taken. Scientists are also exploring a lot of methods ad actions which have to be
developed so that there are better functioning and operations that would be present. Target of
countries is to make sure that the air pollution and living factors of the individuals is healthy and
make the right decisions for them as well. Educating the individuals in the country is very
important so that there are better and higher understanding of carbon emission which is going to
be there so that there are higher operations and working which is going to be there. There are a
lot of frameworks and a lot of penality which is present for businesses and others who are doing
this factor which is going to make the working be affected. Agreement of the government has to
be existing in the businesses so that there is going to be higher functioning and working which is
going to be currently be there (Li,and et.al., 2021).
Individuals take on this aspect
Individuals also can play a very important role in this imposing carbon emission so that
there are right actions and methods which are being used. Clean energy and sustainability is very
important and individuals have to make sure that they are taking the right actions to be able to
create a good environment for themselves. Switching o energy saving methods and sustainability
factors which would make sure that there are right carbon emission which is existing currently. It
is important to save water and protect waterways so that there are better environment. More
plants and locally and seasonal eating has to be present by the individuals so that they would be

able to get the right working and functioning. There are a lot of methods through which carbon
footprint are going to reduce which are reduce, refuse, rot, recycle and reuse so that the
combating for the climate change is going to be under control which is going to make sure that
there are right actions which are being taken. Earth is warming up and this goals has to be
monitored and controlled so that there is going to be better functioning and working.
Environmental education is required so that there is going to be right reduction which is going to
be present and that has to be present. Person has to be currently active and understanding about
the environment so that they would be able to make sure that there are higher operations and
planet can be improved for the benefit of all for healthy lifestyle (Shuai and et.al., 2017).
CONCLUSION
From the report it can be concluded that there are importance of workplace development in the
learning and the performance need to be developed to get future goals. It is crucial for the
workplace to develop a crucial working at the organization and increased in the understanding of
the coal and emissions on coal.
