There are so many skills developed when I was
studying for a degree in business management as
it put a huge effect on me. As because of this, I
can display of the cultural behaviour and it helps
me to provides a knowledge which can bring a
great benefit in improving my skills. It can raise
my strategic skills and provides a variety of
solutions to deal with some certain problems
(Awan, 2021). It provides me an understanding of
all the business activities which helps me to take
necessary business decisions and creates various
financial statements like Trading, Profit and loss
statement, Balance sheet, etc. As from this degree,
I can solve various technical and managerial
problems and provides me a better knowledge of
motivating and inspiring of the workers of the
company. This course brings me an ability and
capability as to guide and advice the workers so
that they can accomplish their goals in an effective
way. When I was dealing with the business and
their decisions, it can build a quality of
maintaining a balance between the personal and
the professional life. This course helps me to start
my own business and brings a self-confidence. It
