important to determine weakness and issues which has negatively affected this performance as
well as influenced on overall functioning of the task. I have determined that due to lack of time
management capabilities I was not able to successfully or effectively conduct practices. Time
management skill can be described as the potential of a person to successfully or accurately
manage time in order to complete all task in the desired time frame. This is one of the essential
skills that are needed by an individual and it will lead to have direct influence over the potential
of a person to attain goals. I have analysed that lack of time management skill is one of the major
weaknesses that has negatively affected my performance. Due to this I was not able to complete
all task and practices of the project on the desired time frame. Because of the failure to complete
a needed task on time, there is a delay in completion of next task. I have analysed that it is very
important for enhance time management skill as well as develop accurate plan to successfully
manage task and time in the most effective manner. I have determined that there are other issues
that has influence my performance or capability to carry out this project significantly. I am weak
in critically analysing or determined different aspects and factor (Reedy and et. al., 2020). Lack
of critical analysis thinking will lead to affect over my potential to take correct decisions as well
as conduct task in a more effective manner. I have analysed that critical analysis is very
important skills that should be within a person in order to take correct or accurate decisions.
Critical analysis can be referring as the skill of a person to determine positive and negative
aspect of a factor in order to analyse its overall impact. This is very important in order to take
most accurate decision which is as per the required as well as help in improving overall
capabilities of an individual. Through this I have analysed that lack of time management skills
and critical analysing capabilities lead to affect on my performance and potential to carry out
tasks effectively.
As there are some skills which would develop problems into my future profession into the
accounting and finance field. In order to overcome from these skills and weakness such as time

management and critical skills. So, for improving time management competency, I initially first
required to track time that I spend on responsibilities, for knowing that I would have to get a
correct analyzing on how I am spending time during performing activities. Perhaps I would also
be discover that in which I am spending too much time on frivolous activities (including 2 hours
answering unimportant emails), in place of focusing on responsibilities which might be critical
and urgent (Sambell and Devine, 2020). In addition to this, I would have to analyze, gather, and
enlarge on certain time management competencies. So, that I could able to manage my time in
effective and efficient way and develop future career appropriately.
CONCLUSION
Apart from this, both academic and employability skills is effective for person’s
development and growth. Moreover, by performing these activities various knowledge and skills
are gained. Along with this, individuals can able to know about the strengths and weakness.
