the whole life. In academic skills consist of academic integrity and plagiarism, digital skills, note
making, exploring the information, academic writing, employability, referencing, time

employability skills that includes note making, learning, communication, studying and problem
solving. Here are the own academic and employability skills that provides the fruitful career
opportunities to an individual to remain competitive in the marketplace:
Note taking: Note making is the way of recording the significant kind of knowledge and
information from the detailed sources. The major sources includes may be books, articles,
meetings and or any kind of oral discussion (Cottrell, 2019). Note making come under the
academic skills that is very much significant as it is difficult to remember everything in taught in
the classroom in the same order. It is also happen in the day to day life to memorize everything
in systematic manner to gain the desirable outcomes. To overcome from the difficulty, it is
obligatory to note down the important details in time of need so that systematically work should
be done in order to gain the desirable outcomes. Respective skill helps to understand and clarify
the thinking and helps to build the systematic step to pursue the works and activities in proper
manner. It proved beneficial in saving time as it provides the glimpse of lot of information from
the short kind of notes. There are number of advantages that occurs with the help of note making
that it helps to stay active and completely engaged during the time of lecture, reading the books

analyze my skills and capabilities that proved beneficial in achieving the higher grade and

that learning is related with studying, but it actually not related with it as while an individual
studied it go for in structured format or unstructured format. The learning experience of mine in
not so good as I am little bit poor in obtaining the learning skills. Respective deficiency hinders
the self interest of mine in achieving the desirable goals and objectives in potential manner. it
has been analyze that there are majorly three kinds of learning approaches that are behaviorist,
cognitive and humanist. In respective attribute or approaches the behaviorist expect from the
learner to respond some kind of stimulus. The another is cognitive that is concerned with the
knowledge and retention of it for gaining the potential outcomes. the last approach that denotes
about the explanation of individual learning to bring improvements in oneself. By evaluating one
self i found that lacking in the cognitive that related with the knowledge and retention of it.
Communication: Being able to communicate in effective manner is surely one of the most
important kind of skill in the life (Griffin and Coelhoso, 2019). Respective skill proved
beneficial to pass the information from one person to the another in order to gain the desirable
outcomes from them. communication is the most simplest form or act of transforming the
information from the one place to another for achieving the potential outcomes. it may be vocal,
written and visually presentation of the ideas that is very much important to deliver information.
It is very much significant to develop the own communication skill as it helps in all aspects of

life from the professional to social gatherings in between. It has been observed that
communication skill in mine is very much developed that assist me in sharing the knowledge and
information in accurate, clear and intended manner that is vital for life skill. I develop in myself
by considering its vitality through out the life as it required in professional success. If an
individual apply for the job or for looking the promotional opportunities required to demonstrate
the good kind of communication skill for achieving potentiality of life. It required to speak in
appropriate manner with wide range of people by maintaining the eye contact, by using the
variety of vocabulary by tailoring the language in front of the audience. Communication skill
not only limited up to sharing the knowledge and information but it helps to develop the
listening, presentation, understanding that is relatively very significant to gain the desirable
outcomes. in that regards it is essential to put focus on regular practice of language to maintain
its fluency in positive manner. to amend the communication skill I take the coaching and always
remain determined to communicate in effective manner with friends. Good kind of
communication skills helps to improve the way to operate with the life and maintain the positive
relationship with fellows. On the other hand the poor relationship hinders the self interest of an
individual in gaining the desirable outcomes that is very crucial in life. Some individual such as
me primarily think that how to share or communicate the without trying. After putting my best
efforts I can be able to understand the tailoring my language and tone of communication in
effective manner. in that regards it can be said that academic and employability skills plays very
much important role in the development of an individual to lead own life in effective manner. it
also proved beneficial for me to develop the understanding about mine regarding nature,
activities that good enough in me and many more important kind of aspect proved very much
beneficial to amine in own activities.
Studying skills: Studying skills are the important kind of academic skills that assist to study and
learn in effective manner (Hart, 2019). it is very much important to analyze the generic kind of
study skills suggestions to improve the same that disciplines are differ in varied situations such
as full and part time students. With those who return in their education in later in life, with those
who engaged in the professional development and many more aspects. By analysis I gain the
important information that to develop the study skill it is appropriate to develop own personal
approach to study and learn as it assist in meeting an individuals needs in appropriate manner. it
has been observed that I am not good enough in respective skill set but it plays very much

important to gain the best career opportunities. To amend the respective situation I evaluated
various aspects that before studying it is potential to understand the concepts, theories and idea in
surround the study to build the command over the language in effective manner. the most
important aspect is to plasticize again and again as practice build a strong understanding about
the subject matter that plays very crucial role in solving complex problems. To improve the
study skills I analyze that improvement in study skill is not only for the students but for all age
group as it is transferable in nature. Study skills not only improve the confidence of a student
but also provides wide variety of employment opportunities in front of it. To remain always
competitive in marketplace it is very important to put focus on areas that can directly contributes
in effective kind of studying skills in an individual (Sangadji and Sangadji, 2019). To improve
the study skills I analyze that time management and note making plays very much important role.
As without effectively utilization of time an individual not able to put one of their best efforts for
gaining desirable outcomes. with the help of note making an individual can be able to note down
important aspects and effective time to accomplish the same. With the help of respective aspects
an individual can achieve potentiality of life by collecting important kind of sources of
information. Information and its sources is very much crucial in reading and effectively gaining
outcomes of study. It has been analyze that to improve the study skills it is very important to
observe the style of writing as it would be in precise and easily understandable to achieve the
potentiality of information. In that regards it has been evaluated that study skills plays very much
important role in the life of an individual and it can be develop by effective management of
various attributes of study such as management of time, resources and effectively arrangement of
different kinds of activities to remain competitive in marketplace.
Problem solving skills: Everybody can achieve the benefits from having the good kind of
problem solving skills that is faced on the daily basis (Osmani and et.al., 2019). In that some
problems are very much complex or severe in nature that creates hurdles in life but with the
problem solving attitude an individual can refrain oneself from it easily. With the help of
problem solving skills an individual can be able to solve the problems in effective and efficient
manner. I analyze that effectively solution of problems inherited in mine as firstly by analysis the
problem and then alternatives available in front of me by opting one of best out of them is
procedure adopted by me to gain the prompt solution of any kind of fierce problem. Due to not
effective in problem solving skills it directly harms the interpersonal relationship within the

persons. It arise due to either not recognition of problems but not dealt with it in effective
manner. it has been analyze by me that for effective kind of solution of problems required
various kinds of skills that deliver optimum solution in positive manner. in respective skills
includes creativity as problem either solved by using intuitively or in systematic manner. further
it required the researching skills, from it analyze that the one skill attribute is the building of
various kinds of other skills. By collecting knowledge and information of various attributes that
are major cause of problem. Respective kind of skill directly contributed in the decision making
power of an individual in positive manner.

own level of understanding values, attribute, strength and weakness and various kinds of efforts

and Rebelo, 2019). In respective section the analysis should be done on the basis of various kinds
of academic and employability skills that is very much potential for an individual to remain
competitive in the business environment in potential manner. to reflect oneself it is very much
potential to reflect with the help of Gibbs reflective cycle that are as follows:
Note taking, Learning and communication:
 Description:
o Respective aspect depicts about the experience level of an individual while
availing the note taking (Rees, 2019). It has been analyze that it proved very
much effective for me to comply with the challenges and I am proficient in it.
o IN context of learning that is very much potential for an individual in gaining
desirable goals and objectives. Learning not only a single skill but inherited large
no. of skills that enhance the versatility of an individual. In that regards I analyze
that respective skill is little bit poor in me that spoil sometimes my level of
experience in adverse manner. in that regards it is potential for me to work on
respective area.

o In context of communication I command over it that helps me in gaining positive
kind of experience in order to remain competitive in marketplace. so it enhance
my employability level and potentiality in the marketplace.
 Feelings:
o In respective stage individual thought about experiences, while taking notes I feel
very pleased as it helps to gain results by setting prioritize and achieving potential
outcomes. it improve the level of experience while I am not getting failed in any
kind of subject matter.
o In context of learning that always arise curiosity to adopt new things and attribute
to remain competitive in the marketplace in potential manner. while I get
appreciation due to my learning skill enhance my level of confidence that is very

collect knowledge and information to improve it. Outside the classroom I
accumulate knowledge from the books, articles and journals with online classes
that contributes in understanding in regards of learning in potential manner.
o In context of communication I which I already proficient, collect knowledge from
the outside of classroom wit the help of videos that helps to practice about new
words, framing of sentences and many more. By using respective knowledge I can
be able to achieve the potential outcomes.

Studying and problem solving:
I have experiences that my studying skills and problem solving skills are different from each
others, as my studying skills are not so good as compared to the problem solving capabilities. I
have make use of the Gibbs reflective cycle which helps in determining and evaluating the skills
at various stage or phase of my life. This cycle help in thinking in systematic ways while having
the experiences at various phases in the my life. There are various stages in the Gibbs reflective
cycle which helps in understanding my studying skills and problem solving capabilities.
Description :
under this phase , it is explained what event took places , what was the experiences while
learning such skills and knowledge . here the description of the what happen in the life what i
have learned from such experience in the my life. While in school life, i have noticed that my
studying skills are not good but i am good at problem solving question as they part are
interesting in the learning.
Feelings:
according to this phase, i have experiences that my skills for the problem solving is helps in
cresting more awareness of my present in nay events or the places. I have also experienced that
studying skills are poor as i lose my concentration while studying in the school and college, I
have also learned this skills from attending the various corporate events which rae conducted in
the work places.
Evaluation:

under this phase i have evaluated that the experience was good or bad in my life from
which I have develop problem solving silks and how the events was well organised to learn
more things at the different events.
Analysis:
under this phase, I have analyse that what i have learned from the different situation ,
events and activities helps me to understand my skills for the problem solving and i have also
noticed that mu studying skills are not properly designed which lead to low perform under
various events.
Conclusion:
here, I have has observed that what more i can do to improve my skills and analyse the
positive and the negative aspect of the events, satiation which lead me to develop my skills at
various places. I have examined the events so that i can improve the skills in better ways so that
i can achieve my goals in the most effective manners.
Action plan:
here, i have develop the plan to enhance my skills for the problem solving and tries to
improve them from time to time by engaging myself in different activities and task at various
places so that I can make a action of plan which will lead to enhance my problem solving skills
at work places or at the real life situation.
This Cycle helps me to understand my strength and interest area in the problem solving skills
which I have garb while leaning in the school , college and attending the different learning and
development programs which increase my interest and capabilities in the problem solving sills.

and experience helps to build eligibility for applying for the specified job, but to remain always
