Personal reflection
To present reflection in systematic and effective manner, I use specific reflection model
and which is one of the most commonly use that is Gibbs reflective concept through which I can
share my personal experience while learning and understanding 4 different subjects that are quite
beneficial for my personal as well as professional career. I could describe my experience via
varied stages, which are following state below-
Description-
The entire journey of my skills development is quite good, as I have learned four
different skills such as time management, paraphrasing, analytical & critical thinking skills and
academic writing which are very useful and beneficial for my current and further career. Before
developing these three varied things I did not posses appropriate knowledge about paraphrasing
and its importance in professional life. But when I gain understanding about it, I come to
comprehend that it play important role in progress and success of my personal life. During the
procedure of developing above discuss three types of skills I face some challenges or problems
for which I contact of my team mates and superiors in order to overcome it by applying and
adopting effective approaches which make me able to obtain desire outcomes. It act is useful in
term of receiving right directions and appropriate guidelines which help me to achieve define
aims and objectives. Above fours skills bring a lot of benefits and enable me to get further
employment opportunities while working at professional level.
While conducting current project I have developed all these skills in professional and
ethical manner, which enable me to achieve set goals on time. I have used different strategies and
approaches in order to overcome barriers which I face during my overall journey. The entire
journey is quite experiencing for me as I got a chance to learn and develop knowledge about
variety of things. To grow and get success in personal and professional career I believe that set of
skills, high degree of knowledge and talent is require which make a person able to obtain in the
future growth chances. I will use all above skills according to needs and requirements while
working in well known brand who has operated in profitable sector. In context of issues which I
have face in current study could solve by considering excellent methods, which actually
important to utilize. I recognize that skills development is very important as it give strength to
work systematically and power to overcome any situation that could out negative impact on

professional as well as personal activities (Valeyeva, Kupriyanov and Valeyeva, 2019). Along
with benefits, I have face challenge that is also affect my work but in negative manner.
Feeling-
During conducting this study, I was too much excited about developing those skills which
I can use for better career progress. I feel really very happy because while making this project I
could enhance my professional along with personal abilities in systematic manner which in
return supports me in my further career success as well. Furthermore, before developing time
management and other skills I feel very nervous, but excited too which are two different feeling
that I analyse during overall journey. I come to understand that, current work is quite helpful for
me as it raise my paraphrasing, academic writing and critical and analytical thinking skills
greatly (Harris, 2020). I used my time management skills which gave me the best opportunity in
term of completing my work on time without consuming it in unessential activities. Thus, during
this study, I change my perception or point of view because through it I examine my abilities,
strength, weakness and competencies, also create a plan or tactics to make my work different
from others and in excellent manner.
Furthermore, I come to realize that, this project help me to raise more skills like
analytical & critical thinking as well through which I could take better decision for selecting an
choosing right act. In additional, I feel that entire journey of this project for me is wholly
experience gainer and knowledgeable, it help me to make effective and efficient tactics that
divided each act into smaller parts which was easy to conduct and complete by obtaining desire
results. This thing in return contributes to reduce risk or further issues and assist to meet set aims
in particular deadline. I feel that academic writing, time management and other skills are
beneficial for my career in term of completing daily work while doing a job, increasing
productivity and performance level even better than other employees (Agadzhanova, 2019).
While I feel that due to time limitation I face issues in developing new skill.
Evaluation-
From this study it can be evaluated that there are different skills that I have developed
and understand like analytical and critical thinking skills, which is beneficial and useful for me.
Furthermore, along with this one I have examine that this project enable to me to develop two
more skills like paraphrasing and academic writing as well. There are few things which have
gone very good while other has created a lot of challenges for me in term of gathering data about

ways and approaches that support in learning manner through which I can conduct academic
writing practices in systematic manner. It is helpful in form of enhancing presentation and
language skills. It has been evaluated that thinking effectively and systematically can improve
way I could express my ideas and creative thoughts in front of other individual. On the other
wide, I have found issue in determining appropriate solutions of certain areas where I feel
barriers or challenges that hinder my work and make me unable to accomplish overall project.
While project was really very useful in form of comprehending meaning of paraphrasing
and academic writing as well which I could do by using time management skill. Cerdán and
et.al., (2019) stated that paraphrasing is beneficial for me when I will do specific job in
educational field. It would make me capable to use my own words while making a project like
current one which will express something that was written by another person or writer.
Furthermore, it also help to put own words or sentence that can clarify message or content
written base specific topic. I have capability to develop own words so this topic is make me
highly interested to collect more information about its significant and usefulness. This project is
also helpful for me as it help to comprehend role and importance of academic writing skill.
Whereas, I have good time management skills that help in dividing my work into appropriate
schedule.
Analysis-
Skills either personal or professional are beneficial and essential for an individual as it
allows them to obtain different benefits in term of gaining the best career opportunities. During
this project I have analysed that by developing paraphrasing, critical thinking and academic
writing skills I have achieved my desire outcomes in form of completing project with appropriate
results. I have also analysed usefulness of above three topics in regard to my career. For
example, by developing paraphrasing skill I can get opportunity to express my essential ideas in
my own words without any plagiarism. Thus, by doing so I have increased my complete
comprehending about any subject. Furthermore, I analyse that this skills is beneficial for me in
term of increasing work flexibility for in future than a quotation as I did not want to remember
exact words written in article or novel. It can be analysis from above study that experienced in
context of conducting this project was good but still there are few things where I have face
challenges such as writing in academic manner. The issue has caused because I have less
academic writing skills that limit my work to present a professional and effective report without

making any grammatical errors. Moreover, another barrier along with this one I have faced
during my earlier experience is evaluating and analysing of a topic in order to form a useful
decision as I have less analytical and critical thinking skill (Fletcher, Sharif and Haw, 2017). But
due to this session I have developed both of these in ethical manner which has helped me in term
of taking right decision after analysing and evaluating current problem or situation. Because of
this study, I have also understood how to paraphrase content or information gather by other
writer. It could also examined from above reflection that all skills are beneficial for me as it
permit me to get quite good experience and enable for getting employment. I have analysed that
academic writing is essential for me because it assist me to develop strong writing ability
through which I can prepare document with meaning full words or information.
Conclusion
Therefore, form task or module, I have summarized that I have developed many skills
such as paraphrasing, academic writing and analytical & critical thinking skills which are useful
for me and would help in my professional and personal degree. By using my time management
skill I have developed clear schedule and work structure which enable me to learn and
understand new topics through which I have learn something new that would help in the future.
Furthermore, I enjoy several positive conditions during above project that keep me motivated as
well as also support in gaining great confidence that help to set further goal and develop three
different skills. While I also summarized that I not have specific skill that somehow, put negative
impact on my work in very adverse manner. These skills are analytical and critical thinking
skills, even I have to work on it because it would support in my professional career and meet my
career aims and dreams as well.
Moreover, in order to complete my work in much effective and systematic manner, I
think that I should work on paraphrasing skill which in return increasing my ability to write a
report by using own words without utilizing other writers, which is actually a good thing. So, I
can say that entire work is better and give opportunity in term of gaining positive as well as
negative experience. This gave me excellent chance to learn so many things which I will use in
current and further situations.
It has been conclude that when I will conduct a project or specific task, I prefer to use my
critical thinking and other skills like time management which is one of my existing skills that
help me a lot. I will help to take better decision in context of which approach or technique is

better to gather data and what modes I would take to improve employability skills. Furthermore,
the current study has also support me to identify my weakness and I will recommend to take a
help of experience gainer. It has also concluded that during this session I have learned about way
through which I would take benefits by developing paraphrasing skill. I have decide while
conducting this study to remove and overcome all barriers or challenges that created critical
issues for me during my learning and skills development procedure which would help to brighten
up my future. Furthermore, I have identified that there are several method or techniques
accessible in the world that I will use to develop more skills relate to employability, which I
would use in further conditions if it needed that assist to become productive employee at
workplace. By using suitable and appropriate approach I will get benefits in term of obtain desire
salary or pay and get incentive after working hard.
