INTRODUCTION
Academic integrity putting more valuable efforts with honestly in respect of academic work
at university so that all type of role and responsibility must be conserve fair learning practice.
The report aims towards in two sections where in one section it concern with academic integrity,
its importance along with its implications (Cronan and et.al., 2017). On the other hand in section
two there is a reflective report that determines stages of game production while facing some
difficulties and learning skills related with subject matter in the process.
MAIN BODY
Section 1
Introduction of academic integrity.
Academic integrity is the fundamental of university objective so that exchange of values,
information or knowledge is established among scholar’s works within the elements of trust. The
academic integrity based upon five pillars that is honesty, fairness, respect and responsibility.
The core concept of academic integrity is people trust on the individual so that they actual rely
on them. It is promoted to societies as well as ethical institutions. It combines of three elements
teaching, research and services. This will facilitates incorporation in respect of excellent
characteristic of good person or academics that exchange the values, behaviour code of conduct.
The university has a broader scope od academic community that established well organised
community to facilitates shared norms, values or behaviour (Chankova, 2020). It is the major
responsibility that put into the practice sop that fair and misconduct will not execute in the
university. The place of university is awarded with high level of creditability if the actual course
of action that depicts honesty course of work. It involves using suitable information so that no
privacy or copyright issue will take place. They must ensure from where the knowledge comes
from actual source or not. This is one type of miss conduct when people does not reveal that fact
that original work is not done by them. Research must conduct in more ethical way so that
appropriate source or actual policy of regulating university take place. By delivering truthfulness

well as behaviour in all academic work.
Importance of academic integrity in higher education
There is great importance of academic integrity with perspective of students, university
and employee.
For students-When individual behaviour gets affected or may not work as per established
values, mission, or university network will acts most influencing behaviour. Mostly
relationship among friends as highly associated with trust as well as loyalty but if this
course of conduct will not applicable then it will generate sense of loss. It has been
analysed that students ensure highly valuable class environment. It can be only done when
students are highly combines elements of fair personality in each task performance.
For University- The various core component support the importance in respect of
university environment (Eaton, 2021). The high pressure has been seen the university of
establishing special place in order to maintain international ranking with honour, integrity
of society at global level. If University fail to maintain integrity then it will directly affect
the credibility of the institution. On the other hand each University must focus upon setting
high standard of professional code of integrity that ultimately aids the student in generating
skills. This will develop massive effect in respect of further enhancement of employability.
For Employee- This is also one the great importance of academic integrity as it generate
positive integrity at the workplace that deliver value and principle so that great form of
integrated good governance of the University established. The code of University conduct
must involves and take care of employee integrity, standards, guidance as well as
monitoring while practices of employability (Goldberg, 2021). This will ensure possession
of skill that outlines the attributes the University in face of job ready.
Implications of academic misconduct.
In simple words academic misconduct combines of anything that is delivered to the student
that act as a unearned advantage. There are several types of Misconduct that is mention
below-
Plagiarism- It involves use of work that is already acknowledge by the source or someone
inspiration that is already used in some course of action. It can happen when some situation

misspelled and carelessness also act as a plagiarism.

In the project author is mature enough but student are some childish behaviour inherent.

event some point of disappointment in the new member that is why easy task is divided in them
for successful creation (Ransome, 2018). In the task no cooperation exist and avoid simple task.
It will discourage active member and they try to speak out with author. The situation leads
towards more emotionally and leads towards stressful environment within team member. It is
realised that most the member wants to take whole responsibility on their own of this project. On

the other hand some member do not want to perform their assigned task. The situation believe
that without support each member found some difficulties while executing operations of game.
Third party will not perform their task in responsible way. The idea or generation of game is very
good and very essential aspect. Group task and planned task deliver good form of
communication while on a regular meeting. In the above mention problem address in game
projection like some technical issue that may found in creation of the process. But at the end
final product result in best outcome.
The occurring statement problem in facing issues of group, it is difficult to manage as well
as creation of unnecessary stress (Sefcik, 2019). But in these most of the external forces can not
be changed or avoid change. The new members in this group not perform well that is up to the
mark and not complete the task at given period of time after supporting them. For success in the
given project great supervision in the assignment while constructing students or team members.
Fortunately the team members works in more effective communication so that game task will
finish before time and deliver better result (Solmon, 2018).
Reflect on skills that learned in academic year while producing game.

Leadership skill- These skills used for deep understanding of personal development plan in
order to creation of game. This will facilitate leading work in the projection of work. This
