without using any of the quotation mark. In order to maintain academic integrity it is very
important to maintain it. It is related to professionalism in business environment because results
accurate and transparent completion of work. Present discussion is based upon analysis of
plagiarism and relevancy of academic integrity to professionalism in business environment.

Plagiarism could be described as representation of someone else's matter as own idea in
the projects and reports without consent of them as well as acknowledgement. All the materials
that are published online are considered under plagiarism. There are various types of plagiarisms
and these are direct, self, mosaic and accidental etc. When an individual transcript someone
else's work word to word without any attribution then it will be known as direct plagiarism. If a
student will be submitting own previous work then it will a self plagiarism. When an individual
will be using matter from a source without any quotation mark or write synonyms for language
of author by keeping same structure and meaning then it will be known as mosaic plagiarism. It
could be intentional or unintentional and also called patch working which will be punishable and
considered as dishonest. If someone is working and neglecting to cite the sources then it will
called accidental plagiarism (Cavaliere, 2020).
For all the students it is very important to make sure that they are avoiding plagiarism in
writing as it may result in academic misconduct. Main relevancy of plagiarism with academic
