Project: Designing an Academic Integrity Quiz Game for Students

This project focuses on designing an online quiz game, "Academic Star," aimed at teaching university students about academic integrity and reducing plagiarism. The game involves a quiz with ten questions, where students compete to achieve the lowest plagiarism percentage, thereby promoting academic excellence. Academic Star is an Online Quiz Game in which there will be different students. These
students will be required to make sure that they answer the questions which are
provided as a part of the game which will help them a lot to be able to ensure that they
can reduce the plagiarism percentage in their academic assignments in the future in the
right manner.
Academic Integrity is quite important not just from the point of view of the students but
also from the point of view of the teachers. This is so because through the use of Academic
Integrity the students can make sure that they are able to excel in Academics in a right
manner effectively and efficiently which will help them in getting good marks in their
academic assignments. This will be quite crucial in order to make sure that the wide range
of goals and objectives are attained in the future in a proper manner.
When the Academic Integrity is maintained by the students in their work they excel in
Academics and get good marks and therefore are able to contribute towards making a good
image of the University effectively and efficiently. Thus, in this way it can be said that it is
quite important that the Academic Integrity is maintained in a proper manner in the
Universities.
The students are required to make sure that by upholding the Academic Integrity they can
enhance their overall knowledge which will be helpful for them in their future career. They
will be able to get good marks and this will contribute towards an enhancement in their
Personal and Professional Development effectively and efficiently. Therefore, it is highly
crucial that the students are able to make sure that they can target the Development
appropriately which will help them a lot in a right way in the future.
There will be minimum 10 students who will play this game.
Each of the students will be made to sit on different computer where they will play this
game.
There will be 10 questions which the students will be required to answer as a part of the
Online Quiz.
When the students will finish their quiz they will click the Submit button and will submit
the quiz.
The plagiarism percentage of the students will be checked and therefore the student with
the lowest plagiarism percentage will get the highest points and will win the game.

Game Design Skills used to produce the game
I am a teacher who has to design a game for the students. As I have never
designed a game before it will be an entirely new experience for me. The
following types of skills will be required for this particular purpose-
Creativity skills- The use of these types of skills is quite essential to be made
because through their use the idea of game has to be developed which will
help a lot in the future.
Innovative skills- The use of these types of skills is very crucial because
through their use the idea of the game can be developed and it will beneficial
in the future.
Teamwork skills- These skills are important because I will be required to
cooperate and coordinate with my team members for the purpose of designing
the game in a proper manner.
Communication skills- These skills are highly important because I will be
required to make sure that I regularly communicate with the different teachers
and thus ensure that I am able to make sure that I can meet out the needs and
requirements which are related with Game Design quite effectively and
efficiently in a proper manner.
From the above presentation, it can be concluded that Academic Skills refer to
the skills which are required to ensure that good performance can be attained
in the Academic Subjects. Therefore, it is quite important for the students that
they are able to use this game to enhance these skills effectively and
efficiently.
