INTRODUCTION
Basic morale of academic community which includes teachers, students, researchers and
other members is called academic integrity. Honesty fairness, trust etc. is depicted in the concept
of academic integrity which shows how each member should act accordingly to avoid any
misconduct (Gottardello and Karabag, 2022). The following report will be formulating a game
which teaches the students the concept of academic integrity and to avoid plagiarism. This will
include the instructions to play the game and other necessary element to consider the wining
party. Importance of this concept will be a part of the report which will guide the students
towards fair academic practices.
Task 1
Name of the game- Rat attack
Scenario
A library containing academic materials such as books, journals, novels, autobiographies
etc. is attacked by the rat of academic misconduct which are destroying its integrity. Participants
of the game are asked to get rid of the rats and clear the library which means to maintain the
academic integrity. The students are expected to capture the rats by answering the questions
correctly.
How to play the game?
This game has to be played individually by the students and not in groups or teams. The
rats are hidden in different parts of the library (Chankova, 2020). Every individual will have 4
minutes in which they will be required to find the rats by tapping on different areas. If right area
is tapped, then a question will arise from that part which will be in the MCQ format. Player will
have to choose from the 3 given options. If answered correctly, then the rat will get trapped in
the player net and each rat will be counted as 5 points. on the other hand, if the player fails to
answer the question correctly then no minus marking will be done but the rat will disappear from
that part and the player will need to find another one. At a time only 5 students can participate in
the game and room will consist total 8 rats. Three rounds will be conducted for every group. Sum
total of the points will be dome after the third round which will determine the winner of the
game.

I have developed this game by using my certain skills and I learnt many new skills as well after
accomplishing this project. Creativity is the major skill that was needed to make an effective
game on academic integrity (Bretag, 2018). In every part of the project I have used the best of
my creativity and designed this fantastic game which reflects the right actions to maintain
academic integrity in every part of the project. Using my creativity, I came to an idea of the
concept of rat attack which refers to the false activities. This creativity in me is more enhanced
after developing this game. I have used to make the game less boring so that students can play
and learn from it without getting retarded. I have faced many problems while making the game
which acted as a barrier to create an effective project. Problem solving skill in me helped me to
tackle these barriers with courage so that the game can be developed effectively and efficiently.
While preparing this project I was not able to divide different task in accordance with time but
eventually this project taught me how to do so. This time management skill in me is very
beneficial in every aspect of my personal and professional life. Presentation skills along with
creativity has helped in making such attractive layout for the game which can attract the interest
of students to play and learn from it. This skill is successfully used to produce a template for the
