that they do at specific university. It is also defined as commitment to be honest and behave
honestly, regarding own as well as other work. The current assignment will explain academic
integrity, their importance in higher education and implication. Furthermore, it will also define
the steps & challenges encountered in producing game, along with skills that individual
developed in academic eras and game designing process.

While studying higher education, it is quite essential for students to consider and focus on
different types of terms or concepts, that play significant role regarding their career growth as
well as success (Kasler, Hen and Sharabi-Nov, 2019). Academic integrity is one of those
concepts that defines strategic suggestion to students about adopting principles and standards that
consistently govern how learners pursue their academic work. It may encompass six different
values such as honesty, fairness, trust, responsibility, fairness, and courage. It is important for
each and every student to focus on these terms and conduct their activities accordingly, which in
turn provide varied benefits to them. For example, they may take pleasure of making their work
plagiarism free, which is quite essential for them to do that in effective and systematic manner.
There are different universities accessible in the world of education that have different

This practice and process is necessary for students to consider, as it may enable them to

facing major challenges.
Academic integrity is as essential as other terms to consider for employers, because it
may give them chance to work or perform with experienced holders by building and maintaining
trust. They may take approach to build trustworthy relationship with others that in turn provide a
lot of benefits in bulk.
It may allow individual person to achieve key aims and objectives, whether they are
short, long and medium and related to professional as well as personal career. By having
academic integrity concept, individuals may grow rapidly and confidently.

Academic misconduct is described as specific form of cheating that may occur in relation

on success factors and growth of students, who are conducting a lot of efforts to obtain high
scores while studying higher education. It also refers to any action that may gain, effort to gain

fabrication of data, plagiarism and contract cheating during an examination, that affect
negatively in term of losing chance to grow rapidly and becoming a successful person. Learners
may implicate academic misconduct and avoid doing this thing, in term of using reliable
resources or sources to make their work plagiarism free. They may take approach to follow
academic misconduct process and regulations, design by varied educational institutes such as

Reflecting steps and difficulties encountered in the context of producing game
By referring to Gibs reflective model, I want to share specific information about steps
that I have taken and challenges that encountered in producing game such as cut the plag. For
example, I want to describe the stages that I had taken into my consideration for purpose of
producing cut the plagiarism as offline game. I had decided to build or form a team of students
who are taking interest to learn new things such as avoiding plagiarism, which make their work
reliable and useful. I had motivated and encouraged all the learners to take part in same activity,
which is beneficial and essential for them. While conducting this activity, I had developed
different types of skills that play vital role in the context of my personal as well as professional
career growth. Along with above steps, I had conducted more and taken into my consideration,
such as instruction or suggestion. As a game planner, it is my responsibility to provide
appropriate instruction to everyone about how they can play this game and obtain expect
outcomes successfully.
I also want to share my feeling while taking initiative to produce cut the plag game. For
example, before conducting this activity, I am quite nervous and stressed as I had never done that

before. During this phase, I had faced major challenges such as finding appropriate sources,
where information about my task accessible. Group discussion it another challenge that I faced
and was affected my performance negatively, in term of decreasing effectiveness of effective
communication and collaboration, between each team member. I am not posing better
understanding about varied skills such as team work, presentation, research and more, that are
becoming the biggest reason, behind issues or difficulties that I faced while producing game.
Besides all these things, I felt relax because of developing certain skills during overall procedure,
which make me capable to obtain unpredicted results in effective way.
It has been evaluated that along with facing challenges, I had taken pleasure of varied
things such as designing or producing game. During this period, I had taken advantage of
working with creative individuals who are capable to hold different types of competencies.
From overall process, I had analysed that without having suitable skills, no one can reach
desire results and pass out the success criteria, even when they produce a game or take part into
it.
After collecting information about my weaknesses as skill gap, I had taken initiative to
develop an action plan that encompasses key elements such as skills description, which I want to
develop, approaches that I will use for and time frame as limitation in regard to skills
development.
Reflective statement based on skills that have learned in academic years and emphasized in
producing game
The activity that I have conducted and from I developed useful skills is game designing. I
have learned during academic year to work in a team of players, which means I developed time
management skill. With this competence I had planed and will continue the same practice to
achieve short, long and medium term aims. By developing this skill, I felt more confident and
productive as well as creative as it provided me the best chance to accomplish task or project on
time and create new and innovative ideas. It can be said that time management skill may
contribute to increase individual person capability and efficiency, even better than last few weeks
or months (Wolters and Brady, 2021). I had also developed research skills, along with above,
which contributed to boost my performance and make my work appropriate according to
expectations and work requirement. It can be said that this skill is essential for individual person,
because it may aid to develop or produce a report with appropriate data interpretation or overall

analysis including figures, graphs or chart. Critical thinking is also included in list of
competencies that I have learned or developed during academic year. By using this skill I felt
that I am becoming one of those individuals who are creative and show their creativity in term of
work, product or services. I feel more innovative by having and utilizing the current competence
that make me capable to fulfil others expectations and achieve my goals.
Along with above three skills, while conducting practice to produce game, I had
developed aim setting capability as well, that improve my performance and increase
productiveness, even better than last week. It can be said that critical thinking enhance curiosity
among learners or individuals to learn something new. It makes them capable to set achievable
goals, which is quite challenging task for everyone to take into their consideration. By
developing current skill, I had obtained multiple advantages such as provide strategic direction to
other who are also taking initiative to play cut the plag game. I had driven the attention of
everyone toward achieving goals in term of conducting this action. It is fact that when individual
person is able to successfully set & achieve specific goal or objective, whether it is personal or
professional, they may experience many advantages (Hofmeyr, 2021). Time management is
complex thing, that I had done by developing aim setting capability. It may provide more
benefits to user that play crucial role in their career progress as well as success.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above discussion, it has been determined that academic integrity and
misconduct are one of those essential concepts that students has taken into their account, for
purpose of obtaining higher scores while getting higher education within a university. They had
reach desire outcomes in effective manner by avoiding plagiarism and practices that provide
results to learners in similar manner. Furthermore, from above analysis, it has been identified
that effective communication and other types of skills that learners has developed during
academic years as well as game designing procedure provided benefits in bulk such as obtained
better employment opportunity.
