teacher, students, researchers, and all members of the academic curriculum. The role of
academic integrity is about to spread honesty, trust, fairness, respect and responsibility. This
project will discuss about the concept of academic integrity. Henceforth, report will emphasis
over the complete description in respect to the academic integrity. Importance of the
academic integrity in higher education will also discuss in this project. Furthermore, steps
that are taken and difficulties in producing game will also discuss in this project. Different

The academic integrity as a concept plays a various fundamental role that allow the
students and academic to expand the value of the academic direction. This support in
entertaining many aspects and areas that includes making ethical decision, asking questions
and following the instructions that are required to cope up with the need and requirements of
the project. In the overall academic circumstances the concept of academic integrity play a

In order to produce the game the research is conducted at the initial level. This is a
primary step that is taken before designing and launching the game. The research is
conducted over the scope of the game and the potential or target customer who possibly be
involved playing the game (Orr and Orr, 2021). Research is the first step that is conducted.
While delivering the whole research every aspects of the game such as customer, designing

of game, resources that will be needed to launch the game, legal requirements to launch the
game and such related information’s are researched. In order to conduct the research various
difficulties like lack of funds are faced, further lack of experience and knowledge in
designing the game is also faced. These difficulties made it more challenging to execute the
quality research for launching the whole game.
Investors are look forward is the next step that is taken to design the game. Every
game or any business model requires investor to invest the funds in the business. To identify
the potential investor the pitch presentation is framed. This involves all the various resources
and expert consultancy to formulate and design the entire presentation. Identifying key
stakeholders and investor is a huge challenge every business model face. Many investors own
the sufficient money and capital rejected directly and did not take any interest in the game.
This entire process of searching the right investor who can invest the funds in designing and
launching the whole game was a critical task. This was a huge challenge or difficulty that is
faced in launching the game.
The third step is to hire the professional and human resources who can handle and
manage all different responsibilities associated with the game. In this different job consultant
was approached and on campus recruitment is also done to hire various professionals and
employee over all different level. This step further faced various challenges that include
salary expectations of the professionals and many such issues (Ruddy and Ponte, 2019).
Many professional who did not take much interest as it was a new start-up that did not offer
the job security. This issue is addressed with proper salary and incentive policy that could
allow the professional to earn healthy return against offering the services to the business.
Human resources are among the major resource that every company need.
The above mentioned issues and steps were taken to launch the game. In the end
proper marketing is also don to achieve success against launching the whole game. Marketing
is executed over various platforms like social media marketing applications like facebook,
instagram and such other. Digital marketing is also conducted with the use of youtube and
such like of applications. This process faced issue due to the lack of availability of finances in
launching the effective marketing campaign.

Skills learnt in launching the game
In the process of launching the game there are multiple skills that could learn. All
such skills that could learn and adopt against launching of the game can disclose in the
following points.
Research skill: is among the major skill that could learn and grab in against launch a new
game. In order to design the game proper research has been conducted. The research is also
executed about the customer and target market that will be catering once the game is

Presentation skill: this whole game offers me the key presentation skill. Once the game was
designed properly presentation was an important part in front of all the key investors and
potential funding options. Presentation skill that is learning could allow presenting the pitch
of the game in front of the potential investors of the game.
Communication skill: is another one of the major skill that is grabbed in against to launch
the whole game. Communication skill allowed to communicate with all the key stakeholder
group associated with the game. Constant communication with suppliers and all other
stakeholders of the game. Communication skill can be projected as the major finding of the
game is launched.
Decision making skill: is also one of the core funding of launching the game. In context to
designing the game decisions has been taken at all different level. At all the stages from
design to launch of the game decision making skill or ability played a comprehensive role in
achieving the greater control over effectively launching the whole game (Zulfiqar and et.al.,
2019). Decision making ability is among the core requirement and need of any individual and
professional looking forward to pursue any business model.
Problem solving skill: is also one of the major skill set that could learn from the whole
process of launching the game. In order to launch the game various challenges and problems
are faced at all different level. Problem solving skill that is learnt could allow facing all such
challenges and issues aced at all different stages of launching the whole game. This skill will
further support in achieving the massive success of this game.

against launching this whole game.
