I consider that in order to complete a task in a successful manner in the
academic life which is essential for an individual to take assistance of professional
approaches. In order to complete project related to my academics, I focused on
preparing a game named Plagiarism Master. I have analyzed that there was a strong
need to design a game which includes key focus on identifying plagiarism in the
assignments. I took the following steps to design the game:
Team development- Team development was very essential for me in order to
increase the chances of managing my subordinate team members. The team
management skills can be obtained by development of key and systematic
operations with help and support of leadership.
Gaining knowledge related to IT- In producing the game, I felt that
knowledge of information and technology is must. I discovered many ways of
improving my IT knowledge in order to perform key operations related to
producing the game (Kaktiņš, 2019). IT skills in me were developed by IT
department of my academic institution and I am very thankful to them.
Skill development- The development of skills is most important for me in
order to increase various competencies. Skill development also includes focus
on major skills like leadership, time management, decision making and
problem solving. These skills were formulated and developed by me by taking
support and assistance of my professors.
The major difficulties which I encountered during producing the game
While producing the game, I faced so many difficulties which created hurdles
and obstacles for me. The difficulties were essential to be handled with key
supervision and control in order to lead the competition. Main difficulties which I have
faced while working on producing the game are mentioned below:
Complexity in management- I encountered problems and complexity in
managing my team members. The management of team is a complex task, I
got to know this while managing large number of people. It is my ethical

responsibility to simplify team management by adopting key tools and
techniques which are universally accepted. The main task of mine was to
develop coordination between team members and it created a major
challenge for me (Lindstrom, 2022). I will focus on analyzing scope of team
members in order to manage them with all responsibility based operations.
Perception of team members- It was necessary for me to identify perception
of team members to understand their perspectives. It is crucial for a team
leader to focus on analyzing perception of team members in order to serve
them in an effective members. The main responsibility of mine is to create
understanding in whole team to facilitate main tasks and functions. In future I
will practice various leadership styles in order to understand wants and needs
of major employees.
Reflection over skills learned by individual in this academic year and to emphasized
in producing game
The skills are most important part of personality for a candidate which helps in
increasing chances of growth. During this academic year and designing the game, I
have developed following key skills:
Time management- The time management skills are most crucial to be
learned by a candidate in order to increase the chances of systematic growth.
I have learned how to manage time and key aspects related to academic life
by formulating the time table.
Critical thinking- I also increased my critical thinking skills while producing
the game which helped me a lot to find out key solutions for major problems. I
am taking assistance of these skills in order to develop focused approach in
managing most of the situations (Ransome, and Newton, 2018). My critical
thinking skills are now so strong that I can face any situation in personal and
professional life.
Leadership- The leadership skills are most important for an individual in order
to manage team members. It was very much essential for me to develop
leadership skills to lead the team members (Sefcik, Striepe, and Yorke, 2019).
I applied democratic leadership style in order to facilitate key functions related
to leadership.
