learning for a learner which means academic integrity is needed in high education. Teacher have
responsibility to treat student fairly, student have responsibility to respect their teacher and
university have responsibility to look after need to both teacher and student in the academic.
Discussing implication of academic misconduct:
Academic misconduct means illegal action or attempt to clear academic session easily,
many student use third way of passing academic session which lead them to serious problem and
even legal action by the university. Cheating in academic session is strictly prohibited by every
university which means if ay of student was found with misconduct will be suspended from their
education process and will face problem in getting degree in higher education (Awasthi, 2019).
Attempt to gain advantage in higher education lead to impact on career and personal life
development, student need to avoid any misconduct during their academic session which means
they need to avoid plagiarism, copying, cheating, online examination cheating and other kind of
misconduct. There are many university who strictly and permanently suspend degree or course

they cheat, plagiarize and falsely performed by action then fines, charges and action should be
taken against them. Student should avoid use of any external help that help them in completion
of their assessment.
Academic consequences: academic misconduct impact academic reputation of student during
the session which means if any student found to participate in academic misconduct activity then
they have to face disrespect in front of university and other student.

believed that spin and win game will be boring and result in failure of the game but after
participation of team one, this game had become more interesting. I took certain steps in this
game such as:
Designing: designing of this game of was most challenging because spin and win require
resources such as wheel used in spinning (MacLeod and Eaton, 2020). I faced difficulty in
arranging resource of this game, arranging same colour card and setting wheel in activity area
was difficult for me. This game was only possible if every team and member of team actively
participate, I faced challenges in arranging and boosting interest of every participant.
Setting rules: I took step in setting rules of the game, these rules were, team will be divided into
4 group including 4 member each group. Member of team will spin the wheel and choose one of
card, if the colour matched then they have to answer few question (Van Laar and et.al., 2017).
The challenges I face here was conducting joyful question, it was very clear that if questions was
not interesting then all group member will be bored which means there was risk of failure just
because of boring question.
Game instruction: 4 member in each group which means there were 4 team playing this game,
monitoring honesty in this game become biggest challenge for me. Many player discarded during
the game because rules of this game was strict and not allowing them to pass the level easily.
Keeping interest level of every player was becoming difficult as majority of player started to
leave this game. I have taken step to overcome this issue in the game by providing one more
chance to losing team. apart from this, I had changed some rules and instruction of this game to
overcome any such difficulty.
Skills learned this academic year and used in producing spin and win game:
During my academic session, I have developed certain skills which allow me to become
more effective in both, career and personal life. I already had some basic skills such as effective
communication skills, active listening skills and critical thinking skills. Apart from these basic
skills, I have learnt some new and effective skills that helped in development of spin and win
game as well, these are:
Creativity: creativity allow person to become more effective in their work, this help them to
make their work more uniqueness which can win the interest of audience. Creativity is very area
skills that not only become beneficial but this also help person to explore wider area of
development (Kurtz and et.al., 2017). I have learned to become creative in my academic session,

I already had creativity as my strength which allow me to develop spin and win game. This game
was very unique in every way, designing of this game required me creative skills.
Presentation skills: presentation skills is one of the most important skills required in every
student, this skills allow person to present themselves and their work in front of others. I have
presentation skills which I have learned in academic year, this skills help me to represent myself
and my work towards other. I have developed spin and win game which re quire attractive
presentation, it is very clear that student will be confused if presentation of game was not done
perfectly which means I need to look at every weak area of game. Spin and win game was
successful because I have presented it effectively in front of player with my presentation skills.
Numeracy skills: numeracy skills means student must understand number and their value in the
presentation, this skill required fast calculation, effective mathematical solution and counting of
number. I have calculation skills which helped me in developing spin and win game, as this
game was based on scoring and required lots of calculation, I have effectively used by numeracy
skills in this game.
Critical thinking skills: critical thinking skills allow person to critically think solution for any
tough situation faced by them, this skills is most required in many organization. I have critical
thinking skills that helped me to stay active in any tough situation and allow me to keep looking
for effective solution for the problem (Hitchcock, 2018). In development of spin and win game, I
have used critical thinking skills that helped me to carefully examine the outcome of this game.
There were certain risk associated with this game such as risk of failure and risk of misconduct,
with the help of critical thinking skills I have marked those weak area and improved them to
overcome any risk in the game.
Problem solving skills: problem solving skills allow person to solve their problem effectively,
with critical thinking skills, it is very important to have problem solving skills (Carpenter and
Moser, 2020). I have problem solving skills which helped me to solve any problem that arises
before, during and after the game. I have critically analysed every possible problem that could
arrive in the game and developed back up plan for the same, with problem solving skills, I had
produce this game in the academic.
