INTRDUCTION
Academic integrity is defined as sustaining the reputations and expectations of
educational institute legally which is fulfilled by teachers, students and researchers. For
sustaining the academic integrity effectively within educational institute for long duration
different types of effective skills are used by professors and students (Abalkina, 2021). Those
skills are presentation, referencing writing etc. and due to the effective use of all these skills
misconduct activities are highly reduced from students in colleges and universities. For
developing these type of skills effectively in minds of students it is necessary for management
that they must provide challenging task to them. It leads to increase their problem solving ability
at higher rate. This report will cover the introduction of academic integrity, importance of
academic integrity in higher education and also discuss the implications of academic misconduct.
Effective academic integrity is highly essential for enhancing the career growth of students at
higher rate in long term.
TASK
An introduction including a description of academic integrity
As already mentioned above academic integrity is a goodwill and reputation of university
or colleges which is sustained with help of teachers, students and other members (Ahsan, Akbar
and Kam, 2021). Due to the effective use of academic integrity university are able to enhance
and maintain their trust, honesty and transparency in minds of parents for long time. For
maintaining academic integrity in effective manner students and teachers played the main role in
educational institution in form of presenting good performance and putting full effort in their
study. Therefore, the goodwill of the academics is highly essential for maintaining good
relationship with all types of students in long term. Due to the effective utilization of academic
integrity misconduct or illegal actions from the students are effectively reduced at maximum
level. Due to the high reduction of misconduct activities by students institutes are able to
enhance their overall personality and career growth for long duration. With the help of academic
integrity students are able to develop their career always in right direction and due to moving
their career in right path success is highly increased.

and maintain their trust, honesty and transparency in minds of parents for long time. For
maintaining academic integrity in effective manner students and teachers played the main role in
educational institution in form of presenting good performance and putting full effort in their
study. Therefore, the goodwill of the academics is highly essential for maintaining good
relationship with all types of students in long term. Due to the effective utilization of academic

integrity effectively, then definitely the motivation level of students are also
automatically increased at maximum level. Because here academic integrity are applied
by university in the form of providing entertaining and meaningful knowledge to them
(Anderson, 2021). In such type of institutes teachers always focus on the weakness of
each and every student analytical problem, coordination problems etc. After the analysis
of these weaknesses solutions are provided by seniors in the form of case study and
assignments which leads to enhance their performance level within short duration.
Use of qualified professors – Due to the use of highly talented teachers is one of the
important element in educational institute for managing academic integrity effectively.
The main role of these talented teachers is to maintain the discipline of the institute and
also facilitates meaningful and right guidance to their students. Because with help of
highly qualified teachers, students received effective support for their career growth and
also for taking right decision in any situation. Due to receiving proper guidance the
misconduct activities from students are also reduced at higher rate for long duration.
Keeping fairness and transparency – It means keeping fair treatment with all types of
students by the educational institutes or professors (Bilen and Matros, 2021). Because
when institute providing various types of resources, facilities and knowledge equally to
each and every student. Due to keeping fairness in their activities productivity and
performance of their students are easily increased in long term. When universities
maintained fairness in their activities then definitely legal barriers are effectively
developed to students for reducing the misconduct activity.

category of misconduct activity. For decreasing these problems authority must hire
qualified teachers for distributing paper to students with unique questions at time of

During the time of preparing game, I get a wonderful opportunity for polishing my skills which
is important for my and other students career growth effectively. The skills which I improved
during the time of developing game are -
Research – It is a mandatory skill for every student for understanding the various types
of topics in defined or clear manner. Because without research students are not able clear
their concepts and doughs in time. But for me this skill allows me to gathering accurate
and reliable data from various sources. Due to this I also able using new ideas and
strategies for increasing the effectiveness of game between other students.
Communication – It refers to conversation between two or more individuals at the time
of organising game. Therefore, this skills allow me to maintain proper coordination with
my team members at the time of developing game. In this way functions of the game
always run in smooth manner. Due to participating in various events and programmes
with my team I received lots of knowledge about the preparation of game.
Writing – This is a mandatory skill for each and every student which allows them to
write a effective and meaningful sentence which is highly beneficial for me and others.
With help of this skill I realize that which instructions of game are mentioned and written
in systematic way. Then according to that I made lot of practice in writing which supports
me to achieve good scores in my assignment and research report during my studies.
