Introduction
An Academic integrity is the type of moral code or ethical policy of academia.
This term is very influenced by Don McCabe who is considered about the
grandfather of integrity Academic (Papangelis and et.al, 2021). According to
the importance of fundamental which is base of learning, teaching and research
at the University Academic integrity which allows students and others who are
involves in research and content writing practice which acknowledge about ideas,
knowledge and creative work while respecting and acknowledging for the work
of others. It is very important and also essential to student for not create any
misconduct in their academic work which have involvement of gaining unfair
knowledge and also not promote to cheating and having misconduct for avoid
high plagiarism (Susanti and Andriani, 2021). In perspective of student they
need to make sure that they are avoiding any kind of academic misconduct and
doing their work with the proper honesty and loyalty which will lead towards the
success and growth. On the basis of report there is detailed description of
academic integrity along with higher education and also implication where
happen towards better misconduct.

An Introduction including a description of Academic Integrity
The Academic integrity which is represent presentation and dedication from
the student where they contribute their creativity and innovative skills traits in
academic work with loyalty and honesty. This practice will help to reduce misconduct
and plagiarism, fabrication, cheating and using unethical and unfair business
practice which creates negative code of conduct in academic work. This would
allows integrity allows academic student to using unfair practices but within their
work (Ponomarev, 2021). It helps in promoting students within use of their own
creativity and ideas in their academic works, it also helps in enhancing the creativity
within level of student. Student need to make sure that to follows moral values and
not promote an unfair practice. It will leads towards continous growth and success.

education
The academic integrity which is one of essential part of academic institute which is
allows student towards use of creativity and having ideas by own. It helps to
enhancing creativity and imaginative skills of an individual. By abiding the fair
academic work this will shows the honesty and effective work presentation.
There are essential benefits of academic integrity are as follows:
Allows building new ideas: It is one of most essential benefits of the
academic integrity is that allows students to build new ideas in their own work
respecting other work, in order to brings honesty and loyalty within in their academic
work where students usually avoid academic misconduct and brings their own ideas
their work to fair and unique.
Increase to trust and honesty: In Academic work student need to follow
academic integrity which will have their own more trust of other. This will generate
more faith and trust which align in their work (Khan and et.al, 2021). This will
allows to other easily which generate faith and trust factor one person to another.
The level of academic growth would generate integrity and also good image in front
of others.
Help in growth and success: On the basis of showing academic integrity in
work help student to move towards growth and success. This will create their own
assignment and project without any unfair practices which leads towards academic
growth and success through loyalty and honesty in their work.
Allows to get accurate credits: There another importance of academic
integrity which allows students that get to accurate credits for their work, when
individual with use of work of other properly mentoring them in work without doing
unfair practices leads to being fair and giving accurate credit effectively.
Institution: It is importance which is having academic integrity that is having
more importance which learning institution within teachers following honesty
practices. Further in this work provide accurate standards where students enhnace
their work and buildings confidence among students to be fair.

The process of academic integrity is to properly work accomplish in academic
work within honesty and loyalty along with to eliminate academic misconduct. On the
other hand, the academic misconduct is comprise about the process of using unfair
practices which can include cheating, plagiarism and fabricated and so while doing
the better academic work of other without misconduct (Viro, 2021). Through
Academic misconduct which is an unhealthy practice in the organisation leading and
also demotivate among student. If there is high level of misconduct such as
plagiarism or approach any kind of unethical work which breech acadamic work
practices would create negative image within academic workplace.
There are some of the implication of academic misconduct which are highlighted
below : Creating dishonesty : The assorting of Academic misconduct leads to create
dishonesty from work by student. As they found to be following any kind of
academic misconduct practices in their work which will loose or break trust
and make to lead in unethical academic practices. Leads to improper assessment: Another implication of academic
misconduct is that which is leads to improper assessment towards student
(Jing and et.al, 2021). On the basis of professor which wont be able to
assess within in accurate or having proper basis of skills and knowledge. The
student would copying the information or content from other copying the work
is other where it actual ideas or creativity will not be used.
Effective student image: The another implication of the academic which
creates misconduct is the it leads of effecting the image through the student
who is regularly having practice academic misconduct. As it is having strict
rules and actions against with any kind of academic misconduct which done
academic institutes. In perspective of student who are found doing any kind of
misconduct practices.

At the time of producing game design I have been different level of
encountered which associated with plagiarism and academic misconduct
happen (Ha and et.al, 2021). By applying Gibbs model cycle which is
used and it is having bound to having analytical as well as to make
thinking about investing which enable towards the place with theory and
practice in cycle. In addition to this Gibbs cycle which used in
assignment as structure towards the reflection. The Gibbs reflective
cycle to consists which enhance five stages that is discussed below;
Description:
On the part of my personal planning subject where I was given task to
develop game that outlines which plays an important academic
misconduct.
Some of the steps are considered:
In first step that is taken was meeting with team member and
exploring and overall ideas. The overall discussion was made at
the stage of final level of games which is agreed and planned
effectively.
In second steps, is must taken when task is generate by
implement (Thornton, Ruble and Jacobson, 2021). In order to start
this, the game which was divided small portion that include
question creation, writing with rules and proper information.
Feelings:
Begining of the event:
Before starting of project on which I was excited and focused in
order to produce a game associated within academic misconduct.
Further ahead, it was satisfying watching about how authors is getting
indulged within developing ideas.

In this situation there can be chances of facing dossapointments
within team mates in perspective of their work approach not attain
positive outcomes and that makes disbalanced between academic work
practises (Magwentshu, 2021). Well, there was no help of corporation
as there was only option to be left which is been done. In addition it arise
towards new member to speak in tutor about situation.
Reaction during the experience:
As per the perspective of my side the situation is having stressful
as well as emotional where I want to all team members perform and put
their full potential. On the other hand, it is really appreciated facts that
generates performance well to put their full potential.
After the Event:
At the time of having a looked back on condition to my team where
I assumed they get discuss each other performance and work practices
to mapping out work unproductivnes.

What went well:
The idea of game is unique and cover all significant aspect. Along with
this my team mates have done properly work done in strategic planning.
What did not work:
There is one of thing which does not work properly is adding with new
group of member. In addition to this, with another issues towards
technical part of game design game creation.
Analysis :
There is one issue which was arising at the time of planning of game
design is work stress or academic stress which develop barriers in team
work productivity (Yapp, de Graaff and van den Bergh, 2021). Along with
this, there was not much which could be done to neglect and

Reflection on the skills:
There are various skills which is that to learned and gained while
conducting game plan through academic skills and practice. The skills
which I get to learned are following below:
Teamwork: At the time of going through this project, I am able to
gain knowledge about importance of team work and learn to manage
and performing work within the teams.
Critical thinking: this is major skills which require in academic
practices where innovative ideas generates to more competitive and
quality base of work must identified (Jou, Chen and Wang, 2021). In
addition of this it is important to develop which is an attractive

Leadership skills: This skills which is used lead teams while
making develop new innovative ideas and suggestion to work on game

On the basis of above Academic Skills integrity is summarised about
overall practices which is done by student effectively on which they can
get positive outcomes along with get improve their academic skills like
writing, innovation or creativity and other grammatical pronounces
effectively. Further also analysis about implication which across to not
create quality in work. By applying GIBBS model to sharing self
experience at the time of conducting academic misconduct effectively.
