Academic integrity is considered to be as a commitment which is the significant
demonstration of the moral and honest behaviour within the academic setting. This is
considered to be relevant at the university and must also relate to carry out the assessment
with high degree of accuracy. This is one of the significant way to effectively provide credit
to the other individual. High degree of academic integrity must be effectively maintained
which is useful in safeguarding the reputation and must also contribute well towards the
well- being of the society in a significant and reliable manner.
Plagiarism is linked with the presentation of
the someone else's work as your own
without or with their consent. This is done
by incorporating the work without any full
acknowledgement. Plagiarism is considered
to be as a disciplinary offence and is also an
academic misconduct. Turnitin is
considered to be one of the key prominent
tool which is prominent to effectively
identify the plagiarism. However,
plagiarism is considered to be as an ethical
issue.
Referencing is prominent in effectively acknowledging the key contribution of the
researchers and writers related with the work which has been carried out. Referencing is a
prominent way which helps in providing effective set of support related with the claims and
assertions with the assignment. The reference list is considered to be prominent to
effectively refer to the key writing. It is considered to be significant in determining the
credibility of the sources. Referencing means to effectively acknowledge the key sources.
