known as short term objectives and is used by me in order to perform & finish work at soon. The
examples of short term is given below:
 Attending the class- The first objective that is attained by me relates to attending classes
which assist in improving learning skills.
 Demonstrate a picture- Another vital perspective is to develop a picture for future in
order to increase career opportunities. In addition to this, it is determine that personal
growth is significant in order to attain success.
 Focus on goal- One of the main role here is to improve personal growth so that
emphasis is put on to attain objectives (Han, 2020).
Value of medium term goals with 3 personal examples.
As per the view point of Jane smith, 2017, it is stated that one of the effective business give
attribute to achieve success by developing an effective plan.
 Improvement in research skill- An investigator conduct research in particular topic
with a motive to enhance knowledge. Research is basically a mid term goal as person
needed time to understand research methods and aspects.

 Formulation of notes- Another mid-term goal is to develop notes as I face issues and
challenges while listening lectures and make notes together. Therefore, to learn effective
techniques of developing notes is medium term goals.
 Work for particular idea- Different ideas are developed but according to aspects of

According to Minnesota State educator, 2019. Long term plan is defined as goals which a
person want to attain in future and involve long period as well.
 Create long term strategy- In order to attain success & to establish a professional
person, it is significant to perform work as per the set strategy (Kyttälä, 2019). It is
analysed that strategy ate difficult to develop and is long-term as well.
 To work as industry leader- To enhance professional skills and learn concept to reach
on position of industry leader is long term objective.
 To learn time management- It plays a significant role as it assist in meeting with targets
on time period. One of the source of time management is learning of daily activities.

points that develop confusion for researcher. Reliability and relevance is the last aspects that
