TASK 2
Impact of Author, Purpose, Reliable, Relevance on source
Author-
Author is the person who has written a document on the basis of its knowledge,
experience and thinking in such a way that it is easily understandable by the reader (Pérez and
et.al, 2018). Thus the developed product is as good as its writer and therefore author must be
aware of topic, due to which the utilization of source is limited by the reader because of the
writer's qualification.

Purpose-
It is the main objective that why a source is developed. For example, education purpose,
spiritual knowledge, etc. This purpose will limit the use of document because it has to match
with the requirements of customers, it helps user to efficiently choose the type of document
which is capable of fulfilling their requirements, thus it is important for reader to identify the
purpose of development of document.
Reliable-
Document can developed by writing hypothetical data or documenting facts such that
reader can identify the process even through the means of theoretical approach. Due to which
product's use is affected, this happens because if the document fails to provide actual data then
its authenticity will be decreased resulting decrement in sales at the customer side.
Relevance-
This comprises of accuracy of the source and its importance in other words the initial
content of the document provide in depth overview of the topic and if the inner content is not as
per the starting then it will make negative impact on reader's engagement with the document.
