Personal development refers to a process for development of skills and capabilities
of a person which helps them in enhancing quality of their life (Hackwell, 2019).
Professional development refers to a process which development of knowledge and
learning of individual through training certification and education. Both of these
development helps to enhance quality of life of an individual and also allow them to
develop various skills that provide them opportunities.
