Introduction
This is the report which actually include the smart academic goals and a short
reflective summary for the growth to manage different aspect of academic skills. The main
purpose is to gather the information about the performance and achieve growth in the
academic culture. This report includes Action plan and a self-reflection for achieving
effective changes in the growth.

Reflective summary
Introduction
This is the part of self-reflection on the basis of above Smart Objective and action
plan. This part is helpful for the students to present their own views on the objectives they
have made. This will be helpful for them to work and make sure to achieve all the objectives
in a right manner.
Main Body
On the basis of above skills and objectives I make an impressive and strong image for
the growth of my own personality. All of these are related to assemble the task and make sure
for learn different objectives to work and make strengthen the approaches to work and make
effective growth. With the help of two major skulls communication and Research analysis
skill, I can be make more effective growth and give tough competition in the market for
professional life. Communication skill help my way to speak and present my views in front of
public, which further help myself to work and present in front of other with full of
confidence. Research skill help my future professional growth in the academic career and
achieve the growth. I help to analyse and make effective growth to work and make different
type of competition to work and make impressive image in front of time table and make
effective growth of participated and competitors to improve my presentation and
communicator skills. Further the use of reflective account to make an effective reflection
which is helpful for considering the approach to analyse effective skills. With the help of
Gibbs model, an effective self-reflection is conducted due to effective change and make
adopted growth in the activities.
Conclusion
From the above self-reflection, this can be concluded that there are different ways and
process to work and make impressive image to work and make effective growth in the
market. These skills and the smart objective are the right way and process to work in
professional life. To increase the motivation and self-confidence in the field work, this seen
important to influence other and make right approaches for the growth of an individual.

Part B- Child labour in global supply chain
Introduction
Global supply chain has attracted different platorms for the stakholders and
businesses within the environment. Within the companies, most of the employees are able to
aware about social repsonsibilities which is related to the supply chain management. This is
basically related to Human rights or Child labour. Such as the workers of adidas and Nestle
are working effectively in the global supply chain and provide different platfrom for the
growth of the company. As the company provide the growth in relation to global supply
chain. Whereas child labour is related to work that deprive the children from their childhood,
potential and dignity. The type of child labour is related to child trafficking, debt boundage,
forced labour and many many other illegal activities. In the economy there are lots of
children who suffer from child labour due to the excess use of supply chain. This way the
children may robbed themselves and their childhood got spoiled. Child labour is one of the
major cause that destroyed the children process, and make illiterate person. It is analyse that
approximately 250 million children are suffering from the child labour issues and due to that
activities they are not able to get them educated enough (Bulut and Alabed, 2021). Most of
the age group children are 5-13 years old and those who are worst face with the child labour
activities. This report include the two argumentive statement and briefly explain the both for
and against the use of child labour activities in the use of supply chain commend.
Level of problems
There are different level of problems which are face by the countries in child labour
issues. As the different companies are facing issues while working effectively on solcing
issue by economicall, politically and socially. In order to solve these issues the country
government should apply the relaistic strategies to reduce child labour in supply chain.
Arguments for and against the use of child labour
For the Banning of child labour in global supply chain
Child labour in supply chain is basically related to make more ineffective growth and
make deprive affected children to make an effect for their different childhood memories. It
will be helpful for the growing period and make major potential, dignity and different
harmful activities for the decline growth of mental and development ability. It will be helpful
for growing and managing concept to work and make appropriate use of activities to work
and make useful activities in an authorised way.

 This will be related to work and make child labour in different activities which are
related to work in supply chain. To make different changes of work and make growth
in the ability to run and survive in the authroity of supply chain.
 These activities become the reason for effective socio-economy and make poverty
living association to work and make associated to analyse the poverty (Dinku and
Fielding, 2021).
 There are some major ineffective growth and need to arise child labour as it will be
helpful for growing and managing the knowledge about the child labour in the
poverty economy.
 The use in effective supply chain is related to work and make significant aspect and
make global trade for make different challenges as per the human rights. Somehow
the use of child labour in supply chain system make them more effective and provide
some related use of child labour.
 Major industry where child labour is used are agriculture manufacturing and mines.
More than 152 million children are work under the supply chain impact and this will
need to accelerate and make progressive in obvious change.
 Many of the business are run through child labour activities which are related to
supply chain. But this is important to run and make more effective growth to break a
leg and start something effective for the use of child labour circumstances.

Different action is needed to be taken by government to remove child labour activities
and try to stop the hazardous activities also which are related to supply chain. This way will
be helpful for enhancing life chance, socio-economic condition and many more other
agencies who are helpful for the country to analyse the outcome and make more effective
change for education and child labour at both having single platform (Shaffer, 2021). All of
these are related to work and make some activities to ban the child labour and make effective
activities and play the greater risk at higher platform and their possible activities (Dugan,
2021). Some of the major western power make pressure on the government to ban the child
labour and make their own country child labour free. All of these activities are helpful for
growing and managing poor families and make their children's growth of future which are
suffering from child labour pressure.
Against the Banning of child labour in global supply chain
One of the biggest reason of child labour is related to poverty, as this make children
pressurize for work to maintain the activities. It will be helpful for growing and managing
activities to record the presence of mind and record to ILO activities. The reason of child
labour may further, cause for the use of child labour in supply chain. There are different ways
and use of appropriate child labour activities to analyse the role of slavery, tracking and
prostitution for being major behaviour activities of children.
 As there are different ways which make a right use of human either in form of child or
any other activities. It will be helpful for growing and managing activities for
suffering from child labour (Fouksman, 2021).
 This seem very hard for them to work in the low wages and make an effective growth
to make poor, illiterate the skill for growing and analysing activities. With the use of
supply chain make connectivity to work in infrastructure and provide related growth
to analyse the outcome and make deprivation from public view point.
 All make the unethical behavioural in supply chain and make the inappropriate use of
child labour in their daily based operations. When it comes to the use of child labour
activities in the use of supply chain one of the most effective people are related to
many illegal activities.
 All of these are related to make further different activities and an unhealthy
environment and make major changes to work and provide relevant activities for the

growth and measurable changes to learn the concepts. All of these are related to make
more education and an effective growth in the better world for the use of child labour
activities in supply chain (Jariego, 2021). All of these are related to work and make an
illegal activities and hazardous life are essential to work and make free opportunities’
to make trap different activities and stuck on the free trap activities.
Recommendation
 With the help of above analyses, there are different ways and use of recommendation
for the government to make effective action for applying supply chain process. It will
be helpful if government are able to analyse and work for the needed non-effective
and non-hazardous work for the children.
 They should be able to analyse and make effective use of policies which help children
to decline the rate of work and try to focus on their studies. Further, there are many
issues which must be face by the children related to poverty, democracy, racism and
many more around the world (Pryde, 2021).
 It will be helpful for the growth to work and make more effective growth to work and
make effective approaches to stop the violence, providing education, removing
poverty and proper sanitation of the children.
 Further, the use of workers in supply chain assessment has been used and monitor the
concept to desire the growth and work to manage expectation.
