Personal and professional development is a process of developing our self in our role for
accomplishing goals (Pugh and Broome, 2020). This present study is going to discuss reasons as
why we need to be an effective student in business management in higher education and how it

communication, time management, team working and other skills that have been learned in

increase this skill within 20-25 days.
