I have selected the individual due to the attributes. Collette Ngante is a
registered nurse who possess masters and graduate degree in nursing and have
excellent knowledge of common practices in the clinical setting. Moreover, apart
from the individual possesses the DNP degree that has a significant impact on the
quality and efficiency of the health care practices. Hence, the individual can support
my success in the MSN program by providing me with a guide for high-quality health
care practice, evaluation of evidence-based practices before involving the practice.
The academic individual can act as a role model for me to advocate for the rights of
the patients, support my coworkers to involve in the evidence-based research. As

evidence-based research. Therefore, the academic individual can act as mentors and

have excellent communication skills, the experience of dealing with patients by
reflecting empathy. Moreover, the registered nurses with patients advanced skills and
knowledge in specialized areas that can support me to gain advanced skills to improve
MSN program. Hence, it will further help me support patients with empathy, proper

The nursing professional has a graduate degree and additionally the professional
holds the degree of certified registered nurse anaesthetists (CRNAs). Nursing

professionals have the ability to work with autonomy. Consequently, the professional
will support me gather knowledge regarding a range of different medical procedures
crucial to provide the best possible care to the patient. It will further facilitate my journey
as a nursing in the MSN program. The second professional can support me as a
nursing professional by supporting me to gather knowledge of the collaborative practice.
I will be incorporating the knowledge while I will collaborate with the other health
professionals such as surgeon during dental surgery or any other critical surgery.
