INTRODUCTION
Portfolio assessment termed out as the collection of the students works that associated
with standards that needed to learn (Joseph and Lawler, 2020). It can be inclusive of the
classwork, photographs and variety of tool that aids to make portfolio successful (Mörke, 2019).
The present report is based on to outline the portfolio relate with academic learning. In
addition to this, portfolio will cover the activities as brief discription about myself, academic and
professional development goals and organize evidence of the academic achievement.

Self reflection- I am management student at the University XYZ. At there, I have enhanced my
professional as well academic learning by taking participation in varied class activities. In my
learning career, I believe that I obtained considerable amount of learning and experience.
Additionally, I have ample evidence of specific learning competencies that can be acquired
with help of prior learning. In my academic career, I have learnt and enhanced my skill in time
management and communication and this helped me a lot in my professional career. Once, in
my class activities, I acted as president of students groups for two semesters. This experiences
has helped me with the experience to confidently work with others. Being president, I leaded a
groups of some students where I need to coordinate with all in their day to day task. Thus, I
have realized that being on time and perform in organised manner are two main thing that has
helped me a lot to grow professionally. This has supported to acquired professional and
academic learning effectively.
Skills and talent- I have encounter with skills that will help me to act professional during my
whole career. I have gained the valuable experience with course work and with help of on the
job training. After management course in XYZ University, I got placed at ABC enterprise at
post of relationship manager. Here, I have developed the professional insights that has helped
me a lot in my entire career. At that post, I have to work as to manage cordial relation along
with customers, suppliers and other key personnel of the entity. Here, I received the extensive
training in supply chain management that includes analysis and monitoring of logistics matrix.
It is inclusive of analysis such as logistic operations, quarterly report generation etc. I have also
enhanced my skills in terms to solve complex logistic program and develop solution to address

these problems. In addition to this, I have also conducted an analysis of the supply chain in
which I have identified the root cause of problem and also aids me to present a solution to
conduct my things effectively. As a logistics analyst I have developed my analytical skilled to
solve issues relates with logistic and supply chain. I have utilised SPSS and other tools that has
helped me to grow professionally and also prepared me to conduct better working in the future
as well. In addition to this, analytical writing, integrated reasoning and verbal skill will help me
to grow professionally and this will aids me to collect the future goals effectively and
efficiently. I have gained a significant amount of insight into others’ perspectives with regard
to ethical issues. I was challenged as a group leader to make my own decisions as well as
helped my team members to conduct their performance in professional manner. In my
professionalism, I have encountered with varied opportunities that has helped me to build my
capabilities and also enhanced my learning skills. I also have enhanced my ethics towards
performance and developed cordial relationship with others.
Hence, I must say that aside from my on the job experience, I have also held myself responsible
to accomplish my personal goals. With this professional opportunity, I have enhanced my
understanding of the inner working and this also has led me to act and behave professionally.
Experience relate to academic learning- I have analysed that professionally learning has
helped me a lot develop my self inner and out. It has helped to enhance my confidence skill and
communication at time of interaction with other, I have also enhanced the ability at the time of
working with team members. Also, I have learnt to be professional and responsible in order to
meet out the goals.
After some time, I volunteers as a team leader in Home retreats, this is a place at where the
special needs families receives encouragement and career within family camp environment. I
volunteered for two weeks and also managed the group of varied people that has helped me a
lot n enhanced my learnings. On the other hand, this has helped me to develop energetic,
enthusiastic skills. Thus, professional learning has helped me a lot to develop my performance
effective and also has helped me to undertake my things in effectively and efficiently. I
remember the importance of the relationships that were formed while I was working with group
and this different role within each group has helped me a lot in shaping my experiences. During
those experiences I saw group unity and conflict. These experiences taught me about many

characteristics of groups as well as some advantages and disadvantages of working with others.
Combining classroom learning with professional learning-
I have combined my both of learning and this has helped me to conduct the activities in well
effective and professional manner. I have developed my experience in the activities as I have
tracked logistic matrices, developed presentations, inventory control, inbound and outbound
operations management and warehouse management activities. Henceforth, I must say that my
professional and academic learning has helped me a lot to develop my self and also enhanced
my understanding at time of conducting activities professionally. Thus, skills and academic
learning plays the crucial role to have advancement in career (Barrett, 2019).
CONCLUSION
Hereby, it can be summarized that an academic Portfolio termed out as summary of
activities and accomplishments, documenting the nature and extent of contributions as well as
role and achievements. Additionally, portfolio has outlined the things such as brief discription
about myself, academic and professional development goals and organize evidence of the
academic achievement.
