Introduction
Those competencies, abilities, skills and career opportunities that are utilised in business
environment for the purpose of performing a large number of organisational operations (Baker
and et.al., 2019). Academic skills allow an individual to enhance the competency level and also
helps it in encouraging and empowering students or learners to become effective and efficient
individual.

Challenges of studying Business
Management
Business management is said to be the appropriate
management of resources of organization including financial,
technical and human resources (Bottomley and et.al., 2019). To
become effective in various fields of business this subject needs great
efforts by a learner so that these students can play their next job role
in a perfect manner. The major challenges that are faced by a student
while studying business management are as follows:

Such skills that offer great opportunities to a student or a learner in its Academic

 My team working skills are effective and such
skill provide assistance to me in carrying out
several activities within group or team towards
achieving common goals (Lemus and LeBon,
2020).
 I am weak at decision making skills and due to
which I am not able to take my own decisions
instantly which sometimes results in failing or
losing great opportunities.
Opportunities Threats
 It is a great opportunity for me to enhance the
management talent as it will facilitate me in
gaining all competitive advantages that might
be undertaken through means of crew for
attaining expected outcomes and objectives in a
defined period.
 It is a major threat for me that I have ineffective
technical skills and in future period there will be
great technological advancements and I would
be having less technical skills which can be a
great risk for me (McLoone-Richards and
Robinson, 2020).
