Through the enhancement in the academic and professional development
in me results in development in the confidence and makes me more
productivity in my work. My confidence makes me more efficient in dealing
with different problems. Constantly performing same tasks enhances my
ability to work. These skills also evolves me as a learner. My confidence
contributes in thriving growth.
In the process of learning I understand that I am lacking in many aspects in
dealing with the things as I get stressed out when I missed any deadlines
with that sometimes while performing tasks I became more impatient.
Theses two aspects are my weaknesses and I need to make improvement
in this.
Opportunity Threats
There is bundle of opportunities with the development in the academic and
professional development and the most important opportunity is that it
generates the leadership skill that provides chances to an employee to
show their skills and manages the teams more effectively.
The constant academic and professional development demands continuous
change in the learning as well as development process. And dealing with
change generates various threats such as it requires time away from the
work, appropriate decision making and it can be expensive as well.
There is one important aspect of business which is dealing with things patiently but I am lacking in this skills. In order to make improvement in this skill
in need to manage things effectively in tasks and through the constant performance I became more use to handle stress and dealing with problems.

enhance my patience skills, patience requires management

Listen and questions with positive approach- In order to
enhance the patience an employees need to active and
