candidate can be recruited through the advertisement factor. So its the best way to recruit people
on a larger scale and pool out the best candidate from it. It has been determined that for
describing any situation or experience then Gibb's reflective cycle is the best way to represent it
into appropriate form. It has been observed that there are certain lessons which help in terms of
covering certain aspects such as study skills, graduate recruitment market and the management of
online reputation as well.
