A University can be described as institution which offer learning facilities for higher education
for teaching and research and also empowering process of allotment of academic degree. It can
be a public or private organisation that which offer undergraduate of post graduate degrees of
students which is important for improvement in society. It is a place where students go for
development of knowledge, skills as well as capability (Acheamfour, Kissi and Adjei-Kumi,
2019). Academic and professional skills are one of important skills which is required by a person
for purpose of completion their education in effective manner and also to identify good career
opportunity. On basis of these skills, a person can be able to get opportunity in life that provide
them success and growth. These can be developed by students at university while completing
education and also helps them to overcome of problems occur in their academic life. Different
types of skills included in this including communication skill, listening skill, problem solving
skills. On basis of these skills, a person is able to solve problem occur in academic life and also
get opportunity that is important for their career. In order to develop these skills, proper training
an development is provided to students and lecture are offered to students that allow them to
develop necessary skills and capabilities. For construction of a project, there are different types
of stakeholders are included in this who are taking interest in project and also has expectation
regarding a project. These expectation can be fulfilled by managers of project for satisfaction of
stakeholders (Olander, 2007). There are different types of stakeholder analysis conducted by
companies for purpose of understanding power and interest factor of stakeholder in business.
This project report includes analysation of impact of developing new university in large city. It
also includes recommendation of different ways for maximisation of benefit of and also for
minimising challenges for new university in large city.
MAIN BODY
Economic impact: Construction of University is one of important work that is contributing for
developing job opportunity. Construction of any project create employment opportunity in
society as it require labour and material. It is an important process that is contributing for
purpose of developing job opportunities (Agyekum, Kukah and Amudjie, 2021). Construction of
a building required skilled people like electrician, carpenter, plumber, painter and other things.
University does not create employment opportunity in construction stage as even after

completion of contribution, company is also create employment opportunity as they hire
different professional people for job position like teaching, vice principle, principles and others.
There are some other job opportunity is also conducted with development of university like
receptionist, sweeper, operated, guard, accountant and others. These people also created various
relationship with book agency as well as stationeries in order to open a library. All these efforts
contribute positive on economy as it helps them to reduce unemployment rate. Development of
University is a costly affair as there are different cost involved in this process. It is important for
business to pay attention in initial stage for planning this carefully (Alomari, Gambatese and
Tymvios, 2018). Start up cost are invested in initial stage that require proper planning and is
incurred during initial stage. These cost also invested in planning, technological expenses,
research process, borrowing cost. Universities also investing in research and development
activities that promote innovation in a country. It allow them to make new experience and
conduct research that provide solution to present problem faced by people. It is important in
order to improve knowledge of people and also for technological advancement. It also allow
business to purchase these technology and implement in technology which will contribute in
positive manner to economy of a country. Universities provide education to people that allow

student in different parts of globe are contributing to go green. There is increasing awareness of
environment among people that is creating good impact over environment. For this, going green
movement is spreading that is develop in order to protecting environment and planet
(Demirkesen, 2020). Green building design is another point that is consider by business in order
to reduce waste. Green building is a concept that is through its operation, construction and
design, reduce and eliminate negative impact an result in positive impact over environment and

Universities will adpt green building concept that allow them to effectively utilising water,
energy as well as other resources. It allow business to use renewable energy like solar energy,

to both university as well as its stakeholder for purpose of earning profit.
It is also recommended to university to use sustainable resources in business that does not create
negative impact over environment. It is important for an institution or organisation to ensure that
it does not create pollution for air, dust and water in construction process. It is difficult for a
