In this following report, the concept of academic and professional skills which includes
different challenges and benefits of Urban park. It also included the impact of park on all factors
in context with economic, social, environmental and community development. It was determined
that urban park faced many challenges in terms of their budget. It is also found that their impact
was positive in terms of all factors. As they provided many benefits to communities especially in
context with biodiversity and vegetation. The below report also determined certain

outcomes generates that are elaborates in detail manner:

 By having parks it improves local tax base and develop the property values. This is
having evidence that increasing of private property value that automatic increase
privately owned that landed closer land into park. The Quality of park helps to recreate the city by get to adding of trees and plant that
indicates about positivity as well as healthy environment.
Environment and Health benefits:
 The parks are places that people to get healthy and encourage to staying fit.
 Parks and recreation program along with services that helps to contribute towards health
of children, youth, adults and seniors . The parks and protected that allows protection towards from better improvement in food
supply, drinking water, ground water, plants, trees and most important to clear quality of
air and breathe. For example: In United Kingdom, every Urban park is having proper health and security
facilities as per the regulation of Government.
Social Impact: The park is tangible reflection about the quality of life within the community. They
provide proper identity for citizen are major factor in perception of quality of given

 The major effect of environment in Urban Park is reduced of air pollution as they majorly
involved as many atmosphere elements which was helpful in reducing pollution. Due to
natural dieaseses like COVID-19, Malaria, Dengue and others. These diseases can pollute
the air and water which creates illness to people. But on other hand if the precaution are
taken care in better way it helps to reduce the overall uncertainty. It was helpful in noise
pollution reduction that falls of greenery trees which creates boundaries that used to from
airports and many other routes.
 The another impact for having better sustainability in terms of managing education and
biodiversity. Urban Park helps to negotiate all negative factors such as illiteracy. These
barriers to hold sustainability where Urban park allows to reduce better education
atmosphere and improve biodiversity.

In the perspective of tourism and hospitality factor there is impact of Urban park such as:
