Reflective outline – The interesting thing about the respective topic of the book is that it is
essential for the writer to always think according to the perspective of the reader because through
that they able to develop proper reading element. For example if a writer think their audience as
the highly educated and knowledgeable then they can use specific term of the topic but if the
writer is new in particular sector then they required reading element which include information
in simple language. It is interesting to know that before writing an article or book writer need to
determine their target readers so that they can develop content according to them as well as it
will also help in satisfying the reader. In addition to this, it is useful to understand it because by it
a person able to know that if he or she developing any report then they need to think according to
their senior or professor or any other person who is going to read the report because through that
they able to understand what content their reader want from them.
Critical to item’s importance – From the given book the main three key point of information
which need to be consider are: first is a writer need to determine their reader before writing the
content because when a reader not get information according to them they will not like the
content which decrease the value of book as well as goodwill of writer in the potential market.
The second key point is related to the relationship between the reader as well as writer as it is
necessary to develop as well as maintain proper relation of the reader and writer because through
that the importance of existing content will be fulfilled. It is so if the writer writes content on any
specific topic in very easy language and it also not include the deep knowledge and they publish
it for the professional or experts who already know about the basic information. This shows that
it is essential to understand the target customers or reader before developing the content on
specific topic. The third aspect is related to the mistake, if a writer make a mistake in their initial

draft and ignore it then it will hard for them to erase it at the final stage because after writing the
whole content it will not easy to rectify or rewrite.

gather information and measure it properly and many more. All these play important role in
managing project because by implementing all these aspect in an project better outcomes will
gained in effective manner. Although, it is most essential to conduct overall project in ethical
manner because with the assistance of this several essential outcomes will gained which will
assist in accomplishment of desired goals and objectives in better manner. In simple term it can
be said that, it is important for project manager to follow each and every step related to project
because it will provide assistance in gaining desired outcomes by maintaining quality and in
required duration. Moreover, for conducting an project there is requirement of gathering
information that can be only possible when individual have proper knowledge about project
topic. Along with this, there are mainly two important method of gathering information and data

Reflective outline – The interesting thing about the respective journal or article is that it provide
information related to Reason for research and specific methods used to carry out effective
research. It is important for an researcher to select suitable method of conducting research
because it will provide assistance in gathering information within more effective manner as per
the selected research topic. Along with this, for selection of several research method there is one
section which named as research methodology in research. With the assistance of this entire
section investigator will be able to gather information in effectual manner. In addition to this,
after selecting appropriate method of conducting research investigator which determine which
method will be appropriate for gathering information and data. There are mainly two important
method of gathering information and data such as primary and secondary by using these method
project managers will be able to gather information in effective manner as per the requirement of

Introduction
In order to conduct research work in effective and appropriate manner a researcher need
to conduct several practices as that will help them in increasing their skills as well as abilities for
accomplishing work in best manner. In respect o this they need to determine specific topic on
which they want to conduct work for the improvement. The respective section of the report will
include reflection of the project manager so that they can determine their experience while
conducting project. This will help them in developing strategies for increasing their weak skills
that they know while conducting research.

Main body
By conducting respective module I able to learn numbers of things which will help me in
enhancing my skills as well as it also help in future development. Moreover by conducting the
project I determine that I have numbers of skills from which some I can denote as the strengths
as well as some are my weakness and it is essential for me to enhance my weak skill and polish
the strength. This is so because through enhancing my weak skills as well as polishing the
strength one I can conduct projects more effectively in future. By conducting the respective
project I get to know that my strength skills are communication, understanding, team work, time
management and many more. These all skills help me in conducting my work in effective
manner so that I can attain my desire goal as well as target successfully. On the other hand, I also
able to determine my weak skills such as research skills, analytical skills, evaluation skills,
problem solving and so on. So I need to enhance these skills as through that I can attain my
desire goal as well as objective successfully. In respect of this I may adopt different activities as
well as plan such as attain classes, workshops, online training classes and many more because
through this I can enhance my weak skills. It is essential for me to enhance skills because
through that I can attain my future objective because when in future I get respective type work I
able to conduct it in the most proper and effective manner which leads to attainment of goal
successfully and impressively. Moreover, when I have enhanced skills then I will be always
encouraged to conduct my work in best manner as well as that will also force me to adopt new
things and change effectively.
Conclusion
By analyzing above mentioned topics it can be summarized that for every person who
conduct a project to analyze their skills and abilities because while conducting project that
individual able to determine their weak as well as strong skills. This will directly help in
developing effective strategies and plan through which they can improve their weak skills so that
they conduct work effectively and successfully by increasing skills. This will also help project
manager in determining which strategies is most effective according to the situation as well as it
will also help in attaining future objectives successfully.
