INTRODUCTION
Portfolio is defined as a collection of work that basically accompanying to academics
along with other essential forms of education evidences that are mainly collected for the motive
of having assurance related to course work quality, learning process and achievements (Baker
and et. al., 2015). Present report has been conducted on numerous form of academics topics that
effectively aid an individual or an organisation to efficiently fulfil organisational goals in a well
defined manner.

analysis are being covered in this report.

The Aim of Academic Writing
My understanding about the academic writing, all the Academic writers are responsible
to send the research and the information that they have discovered in a complete and new data.
Another important fact is that all the Academic work and research need to be close to the
authentic references to other students in the same research areas and must be listed in the
bibliography.
A degree of thinking must be undertaken while analysing and interpreting the academic
documents. There shouldn’t be any bias or personal views which may impact the integrity of the
research. The research should be fair and pragmatic based on facts, not opinions. The amount of
thinking need to be managed while analysing and interpreting the academic data. Is not allowed
to be partiality or personal views which may affect the ethics of the research. The study should
be honest and practical based on facts, not opinions.
Education and Cheating:
Cheating at school have a bad side effect, the scholar environment industry and society is
developing in a bad way. Devastate ting the humanity whit booms, guns and missile the society
will go down and it doesn't go any further. The medical system is failing saving lives because of
a wrong knowledge and the wrong practice. The constructions are failed by the engineers for the
poor understanding of their projects. Because of the incorrect analysis and calculations, the
economists and accountants are losing funds.
Law courts will have issues giving sentence because of the absence of the legal
knowledge and more significant honesty as their verdict affect humanity lives. The religion has a
huge impact to the people when the society is collapsing because of the faith and persuasion
helps the mind and soul passing over all the bad incidents that are happening around the world.
Excel command:
The teacher teaches us some basic commands of EXCEL spreadsheet while I was in the
class room and the technique used by our teacher was easy to understand and quick for me to run
formula in the program. For your business EXCEL helps you making calculation, income
statement and balance sheet which are important for running the business.

Analytical Skills
Analytical skill states the ability to gather and evaluate information, resolve problems and
further make effective decisions. There are different types of analytical skills that has been
undertaken by me such as brainstorming, problem solving and more with the help of which I
perform my objectives in a best effective manner.
Critical Thinking Skills
Critical thinking is defined as a mode of thinking related to particular set of subject
problem or content that provide an individual with improvised quality in their thinking process.
In addition to this, critical thinking is defined as a self-disciplined, self-directed and self-
monitored thinking with the help of which individual can effectively able to ensure towards more
sustainable growth. It has been identified that critical thinking effectively helps in enhancing
presentation and language skill in best effective manner. In addition to this, it has been evaluated
that critical thinking helps me to systematically and clearly make significant improvement in my
way of expressing my ideas and views in best effective manner. Thus, as per the above
discussion it has been evaluated that by undertaking use of critical thinking skill I can
significantly increase my career growth opportunities in a well defined manner.
Presentation Skills
Presentation skills are defined as capabilities of individuals with the help of which they
can engage target set of audience towards chosen topic for a favourable set of time. In this, skills
that are mainly involved are body language, voice, speaking way, slides etc. This is being
identified by me that at the time period of my college tenure presentation skills of mine was that
effective that lead me towards facing numerous set of difficulties and restrain me to accomplish
my career goals. Further with the assistance of class room sessions different types of skills has
been acquired by me that include attractive slides, body language, speaking skills, eye contact
and more. With the formative assistance of all these skills I increased by presentation skills that

develop me in my academic zone. In addition to this, it has been evaluated that this skill benefit
me to improve my team building, leadership and communication skill in a well defined manner.
Research Skills
Research skills is determined as an ability to extract, search, organise, locate, evaluate
and utilize present information for a particular set of topic. This include detailed investigation as
to undertake project in best effective manner. By taking use of research skill one can effectively
able to acquire required and necessary information in a well defined manner and further take use
of the collected information as to collect task in a given framework of time and in best effective
manner. With the help of research skill I can effectively able to have understanding of published
work and can further allow myself to learn to make formative balance between individual work

identified that this skill of mine is effectively improved by becoming a good listener and be
culturally aware. With the help of having effective data interpretation skills one can make
effective decisions in a meantime. This skills is most important for an individual specially for a

effective manner. In addition to this, it has been evaluated that by increasing this skill of mine I
can have access towards more career developing opportunities such as in organisation data
