MAIN BODY
As a student I realized that it is very crucial for me to develop a lot of skills so that I
can get a better result at the university. It is important for me to increase the
performance at the university to increase result and future development. Working on
the skills I got to know that I lack in a lot of skills and I realize to develop the process
of learning as an student to increase my development as a student. I learned
communication, leadership and time management skills to work better. They helped
me in getting better performance and increased my confidence at the university and i
know that these are most crucial skills which I need to have at the university to
increase the better option and growth for future. It helped me in getting the objective
and to present myself in the university performance including the activities and to
lead people working in the same team so that I can provide the objective. Leadership

is something which will utilised at every level of life and I took a lot of online tutorial
and classes to increase my learning for the same.
