Reflective report and development plan
I was working in company and working in team project and while working in team
project I have identified strengths and weakness of myself.
Strengths
I was able to solve the problems in the effective and was enjoying to work in team
projects. I was able to use the technology and used to solve the problems regarding the
technology. I was willingly working under pressure and managing the projects which were
assigned to me. In team some employees are working not feeling motivated, and they were not
able to perform in effective way. I was motivating them from time to time which would also
encourage me and them. Some team members are hesitating in working with the other members,
and they would not work in the effective manner. So by giving them feedback and reviews I
would solve the problems of team members which would encourage them (Thabet, and et.al.,
2017). I was quite creative and innovative which were the strengths for me fork the other school-
time and in the company as well. Creativity and innovative ideas are helping the leaders to solve
problems and complete the work without pressure. While working in team projects
communication is quite important for every one which are working in team but in some
conditions employees are not communicating with each other. While working in team projects I
was communicating with all of them in the effective way. I was working, and I was accepting the
change and not thinking about the changes which are done in project and which would affect the
project.
Weakness
Decision making skills and presentation building skills are affecting me and the project as
well. These would not only affect the performance of myself but it is affecting the performance
of the other employees. The projects are not judged on the individual, performance but it is
judged on the team performance. I do not have the power of the decision-making skills and
abilities which were affecting the performance of myself. I do not have the power to present the
skills and abilities which were affecting the performance of project. Presentation skills are quite
important because the project need the presented employee. Clients need the presented and well-
behaved candidates which are working in the company. Is the company is hiring and recruiting
the well-behaved candidates and presented candidates (Morshed, and et.al., 2017). I have faced

problems related to the presentation and relate dot managing the employee which are working in
team projects. The employee which are working in team projects are working and in team
projects cannot be managed easily. I can accept the changes easily but the changes must be slow
and not go for long term. So I have problems in facing the changes and adapt the changes as
well.
I have identified at least three objectives which would improve the weakness and my
performance in team work.

I have started learning about the leadership style
form internet and try to implement this leadership
style in day to day life. There are various type of
leadership which is Democratic leadership and
autocratic leader ship styles. I have learned about
democratic leadership and applied in team projects.
Democratic leadership style is focusing on the
leader performance. Leader must accept the
suggestions which are given by team members and
final decision is depends on the leader itself. By
Implying the leader ship theories it would be
implemented in the effective way.
Activity 2: time management 10 days Time management is important because without
time management no one could perform better. So
it also decided to manage the time and set the daily
targets and complete the targets on time which
would help me to manage the employee which are

completed with the speed and employees work is
also managed effectively. Time management skill

effectively
3 days Effective communication is important but every
person cannot communicate with every one. Some
employees would feel shy in working with the other
employee, and they are not able to speak nor
communicate in the effective way. I can
communicate effectively but I need the time to
accept the person and communicate with them. So I
started communicating with the employee sin the
effective way and these have changed the
performance of myself. I have recorded and
monitored the performance and activities. Through
the use of effective communication it could be
stated that the employees are working in the
effective manner, and they are managed by me.
Effective communication would change me and my
performance.

not to overthink about the situation.
Because overthinking is lending me
in trouble and I man confused in last.
So I am trying to encourage myself
and try to not overthink and improve

situation I am lend in trouble which is
affecting the performance of myself
and I am trying to build confidence in
myself. Due to the confidence I
would be strong and take the decision
in the effective way. I am also trying
to take the advice form other team

also improve the performance of the
team and projects as well.

Activity 2: focus on audience 10 days While communication or while giving the
presentation one must focus on the audience which
are listening to them. So I am trying to focus on
the audience which are listening to me at the time
presentation. Focus on the audience is building the
confidence among self and one can effectively
present the ideas which are running in my mind. I
can start the presentation in the strong way but
afterwards I feel uncomfortable because I cannot
focus on the audience and thoughts like the what
the audience would be thinking about me is
disturbing me.
Activity 3: make and eye
contact with other
9 days I cannot make an eye contact with each other and
these are affecting the performance of myself in
team project and presentations. So I started
communicating with the other team members with
the eye contact and communicate it in effective
way. By making an eye contact with each other it
would result in building the confidence among me
to communicate and present the ideas and
suggestions which are in my mind. If I am
communicating with confidence and with eye
contact other would also listen to me with the
concentration.
